I visited during my trip and found plenty of options to suit almost any shopper or budget. That said, I was disappointed that none of the stores carried traditional relaxed or straight-fit jeans--every option seemed to be barrel or loose fit, which wasn't what I was looking for. As a result, I left without making a purchase, though I still enjoyed browsing the stores and checking out their merchandise.

I was too upset with Yelp to take pictures! Has the usual local brands I support - Canada Goose, Lululemon, Aritzia, Roots etc. Ambiance - 108+ businesses. 14+ food options. Events - See their website. Open 7 days a week; see individual businesses for hours. From 10am to 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm. See their website. Paid parking; see their website for costs. We walked from the house. Service - Overall good. But it also depends on what you do, buy, eat, or drink. Service is good. Everywhere we went. Especially Canada Goose and Lululemon! All the shops you need are there: Lululemon, Pink, Norstrom, food court. Just a regular store. Just wish Nike is inside too (maybe a small store in additional to the Robson Street location). Value is good for some stores, reasonable for others, food court seems pricey. Every store customer service was good. I would come again if I am around the vicinity.

I have the 7-11 app and sometimes it has good deals on it. I went there for the $0.99 medium iced coffee deal on app. I got confused by the new fancy coffee machines. I asked a staff member how to dispense the iced coffee as it was not clear. So there was no regular iced coffee. There were only 2 options -- French vanilla and mocha. Take note if you want unsweetened iced coffee. Not available here or at least when I asked for iced coffee, I was only shown these two choices. Unfortunately both were out and they did not have stock. I'm still puzzled why there is no black coffee for customers to add ice and cream/milk and sugar to make it an iced coffee. I don't go to 7-11 to get coffee so this is all new to me. The coffee machine I saw has fancy flavors like English toffee, peanut butter jelly and French vanilla. Anyway I decided to just get the tried and tested slurpee. It always hits the spot on hot days.

If they make you use your bank card, you're paying $1.50 extra right away as a surcharge from the service and another $1.50 at the end of the month from your bank, for using the bank card service. So you pay $3.00 more PLUS the costs of your goods, and they make 40 cents on you behind the scenes. If they have 100 transactions a day, that's $40.00 a day and $1200.00 a month they make illegally while YOU PAY 100 TIMES MORE FROM YOUR POCKET! And the worst thing is the wife of the owner smiles to your face and says WE NO CHEAT while they cheat you. Thanks Trudeau for bringing this garbage here to Canada!

It was sunny and not too hot, while I was walking along the cobblestone pathways. It made the experience feel much more inviting than a typical indoor mall. I like the way you could walk into their food businesses just like an individual store-no crowded food court with tables squished together! Clean washrooms, for some it may be a hassle to go upstairs but elevators are available. A public light rail stop and pay to use EV charging stations are there for your convenience. I had good customer service while purchasing earrings from Oak and Fort and clothes from the Gap and Old Navy. Not screaming deals but they fit the bill for what I was looking for.

To be honest, we visit each time we're in the area but there's not many stores we would shop at. It's just fun to peruse and window shop here. It is a pretty dated mall but people love it. We tried the food court a few times and the food here is okay but you'll probably do better venturing to eat outside. Overall, a fun place to pass the time and a centre for community.

The food was laid out so picturesque at some stalls as well. Everything was very much made fresh to order as well. The facility itself is fairly clean and the restrooms seem to be serviced regularly. I do wish the entrances smelled less like cigarettes but they can't really control what goes on outside and the way that it wafts inside.
