PMI Jacksonville posted fraud invoices, imposed management fees on top of the vendors' invoices without notice, withheld at least two month rental income for their own administrative costs. PMI Jacksonville violated HOA regulation and imposed the violation fee to my account. PMI Jacksonville allows the tenant to pay the rent on the third Wednesday without my permission and collected late fee without collecting any late fee for the landlord. In summary PMI Jacksonville violated the ethics code and is not up to the professional standards.

In my career I work with clients in various industries throughout the nation on a regular basis, and this is by far the most unethical, negligent and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. It makes even less sense because it cost them their own percentage of the sale as well. Kyle should go back to a football related something because he screwed up a house that we needed.
