Now I'll be completely honest when we were told over the phone that we were getting handed off to Zach back in July I was hesitant, because, we were told he was young and he was a Florida Gator . Luckily we decided not to hold his misguided fandom against him and see what would happen and so agreed to meet When we met Zach originally he was with another group. The Rocco Group must be doing something right , because the difference in Zach after he joined them was evident. It was like he left the Florida Gators to play Football for the Georgia Bulldogs . Coach Sarah Rocco took this young man and turned him into a champion realtor, got a question? , he had the answer and if he didn't , he found the answer for you PDQ. We were always in the loop and his Professionalism was always next level, we are very grateful for having Zach McCrary come into our lives and very thankful for the Rocco Group. Thank you So much Zach for helping us find our little slice of peaceful paradise here in Florida !

I have worked with other real estate agents on the same property but had no success, didn't even receive a single offer with the other agents. Following extensive research, I decided to reach out to Ms Allen and from that point on she took care of everything. She immediately came by to assess the property, quickly identified needed fix ups and arranged for trusted professionals to complete the fix, and within one week she had the condo listed and scheduled for an open house. I live in California so it would have been very difficult to fly out to Florida and manage these issues. However, thanks to Ms Allen all of this was taken care of. She is efficient, highly competent, and very trustworthy professional. I would highly recommend her as an agent to represent your property. Go with Wendi Allen and I promise you will not regret it.

We truly believe they had our best interests at heart, and they worked really hard (even late at night) to ensure that we literally received everything we wanted. I had a bizarre schedule at the time, and both were extremely accommodating to seeing houses based on my schedule. Plus, I always had TONS of questions--which were never an issue for them! At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. Jeanie and Ann are incredibly honest and trustworthy, they moved quickly, were very flexible with our sometimes rigid schedules and preferences, are excellent and fast communicators, and worked tirelessly to successfully find us the right home. We cannot imagine how anyone will regret having them as real estate agents. We are so thankful we found them!!

Even though I was preapproved and had no problem purchasing the house, as a result of the inexperience and unethical sharing of confidential information with the sellers' agent, we lost the house. In my career I work with clients in various industries throughout the nation on a regular basis, and this is by far the most unethical, negligent and unprofessional behavior I've ever encountered. It makes even less sense because it cost them their own percentage of the sale as well. Kyle should go back to a football related something because he screwed up a house that we needed. This is messing with people's homes and now we're in a tough spot. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
