After a large javelin-sized branch impaled our ~5 year-old roof, all the way through the shingles,…read moresheathing, and paper, my insurance company asked me to get a 3rd party quote to compare to their assessor's. I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. TL;DR - Highly recommend giving Brian and Green Oak Exteriors a shot to help fix your home exterior issues, especially when you are in a bind with your insurance company!

I looked at 6 different pros, and some quotes were through the roof, others never got back to me, plus some of them weren't sure when they would be able to get the work done. Jaz Roofing and Remodeling contacted me right away with a flat rate for work and an availability of the same week to get the work done. The team showed up wearing masks and were very courteous. They took their boots off while they set up drop sheets to walk around on and then they explained exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. The project involved lumber and drywall, so they had to come back a second day after the mud had dried in order to finish the wall and make it ready for painting. Each day they showed up on time and were great to work with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home!
