I ordered 2 pair during my visit, even who I assume is the office manager came over and helped. I picked 2 frames to order the office manager did the numbers and showed that both frames would be covered by my insurance. I would just need to pay for the lenses. I paid for my services and glasses. I got my message today saying my order was ready, I was excited to pick up my glasses, but then was informed that they only ordered 1 pair. To top it off the person who helped me, Grace, looked completely confused and did not remember having a conversation about 2 pairs of glasses, when she went to speak with someone else, I could over hear them and nobody was aware of the 2nd pair of glasses. I was starting to feel like I was losing my mind but my husband had been with me during the first visit and recalled everything I had encountered the first visit with 2 pairs of glasses being ordered. I would not recommend this place due to the staff and having to use all my vision benefits on 1 pair of glasses.

Now that I'm living in Cumming again, I've decided to come back to the practice. Mikayla was super friendly and thorough in taking notes and making sure my chart was up to date. Dr. Toman greeted me with a welcome back and a hand shake. He did a thorough exam and I wanted to know more about LASIK. He stated that I am likely not a great candidate for LASIK as my prescription isn't bad enough and that I'm more farsighted so LASIK was likely not going to help me and could potentially make things worse. I really appreciate when professionals advise you on things that are best for you and not on things that are best for their pockets. This means a lot to me and shows he cares about my well being. I also love that they offer Optomap so I don't have to get my eyes dilated as that's such an uncomfortable feeling. I would highly recommend Dr Toman!

Given that I have been a customer for several years, I expected some flexibility when I needed to reschedule because of an out-of-town business trip. In addition, their frames appear to be significantly marked up to align with insurance coverage. Overall, the decline in service quality has become increasingly noticeable.

He told me he would order my glasses, but I never received any follow-up or phone call. After waiting without any communication, I ended up purchasing my glasses elsewhere. Since these were my first progressive lenses, I later stopped by Windermere Optique to have them checked. Andy initially told me it would cost $80. When I said that seemed unusually high, he spoke with the doctor and then came back saying the charge would only be $30. The large difference in price after a simple conversation left me questioning the pricing process and did not inspire confidence. Combined with the lack of follow-up on my original order and the rude customer service, this was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this office based on how I was treated.
