Unfortunately, some cashiers can be not just unfriendly, but at times openly rude, hostile, and aggressive when dealing with customers at checkout. Basic courtesy is sometimes noticeably lacking. There have also been issues with the way questions or concerns regarding payments, discount cards, and payment cards are handled. Customers should be able to ask questions about a transaction without being met with irritation or an aggressive attitude. I want to emphasize that this does not apply to all cashiers. Many employees are perfectly pleasant and professional. However, there are certain cashiers whose rude and aggressive behaviour appears to be consistent rather than an isolated incident. As long-term customers, we enjoy shopping here and would like to continue doing so. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and ensure that all customers are treated with basic courtesy, patience, and respect.

We ordered the original fried chicken bowl (which is actually half a chicken) for $11 + tax. It was a relatively long wait ~20 mins, but it was understandable because it was during prime dinner time. Despite taking it back home to eat, the skin was crispy and the meat was still relatively hot! The chicken was juicy and tender. The batter thickness was just right and had a good balance of flavour. I would say it's comparable to my favourite fried chicken place nearby! Got to space it out but I'm looking forward to try the other flavours!
