Premier stone offers a broad range of stone products including an impressive inventory of stock options, this means your material is ready for you, no waiting weeks for shipments and delivery. If you don't see a stock item you'd like, plenty of other options in the showroom. These are legit pavers, not the generic home depot off stock. Speaking of, I initially went to home depot to choose and price my patio pavers. Thank god I saw them installed at a friends house and didn't buy them! I went to premier equipped with nothing by the length and width of my project, picked out a patio paver and was given an aggressive quote. Like you, I work hard for my money. You better believe I shopped it. No one even came close! I didnt even have to haggle. I seriously assumed they made a pricing mistake as it was in the ballpark of the low quality Home Depot paver. While I'm an avid DIYer, YouTube cant equip you for every random scenario while you are learning to install your patio. The same person who helped me pick out my patio was the one that talked me through the process. Not only did he return my calls with questions within minutes, talk me off ledges at the peak of my frustration but he came out 4 Times! each time he got his hands dirty and walked me through my next steps. Seriously, he was on his knees demonstrating how to screed sand right after he delivered it! Finally, everyone I worked with at Premier was awesome. Most companies wouldn't even give me a quote because I wasn't the official homeowner. Not A1! Christian came out right away, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and later walked me through his detailed report and the 200+ photos he took. That level of detail gave me full confidence to move forward. I immediately signed to have the roof installed after closing. Five Stars for Christian! Then just days before closing, my bank suddenly required the roof to be replaced before they'd clear the loan. Total stress--until A1 stepped in. They coordinated with my attorneys and, within two days, had the crew replacing the roof. Moses, the project manager, was phenomenal--constant updates, hands-on management, and even local recommendations since I'm new to the area. When my realtor and I stopped by, we saw the crew's craftsmanship in action. The property was spotless when they finished, and the roof looks beautiful. Five Stars for Moses and his amazing crew! Nice fellow but not a thorough inspection with prices because the attic wasn't checked. Then we tried to go through my insurance. The inspector came out and my deductible was originally higher than the price quoted. I asked if I needed to be home for the new roof because I work a lot. They all said no. James, Alina and others. Then I get a phone call ftom The project mgr today while I'm with patients saying he needs to speak with me and the original price was going to be 5000 more. They know I had rotting wood during the inspection due to one of the inspectors foot almost you going through where it was soft under the shingles. Then the project manager stood over me asking to give a rating before he left otherwise he and the employees wouldn't get their 50.00 each. The roofers and clean up crew worked extremely hard. I thought this was so unfair I'd rate the roofers thus far a 5 star but the company's policy a 1 star adding much stress to this expensive procedure. I thought it was tacky stating I had to fill out a review before he left or they each wouldn't get their 50.00. May even be illegal. As a chiropractic physician I would not ask my patient to write a review and watch them doing it before they left my clinic. We will see how good the roof and gutters are after the first rain and windstorm. The roof crew did clean up thoroughly from what I can see. They left after 8 pm and it was dusky.

Within six months, large sections of the sealant had come up. A year later, it's even worse. These are in low-traffic areas - no cars or bikes. And no "moss," as they ridiculously tried to tell me. They offered to do a touchup, but that would have left a different texture and color on there a year later. It is important to note that their work does not carry a warranty. I did not realize this when we hired them (my fault!). Thus, they refused to make it right and redo the driveway. Presumably, they used a cheap product. Avoid at all costs; spend your money elsewhere for a driveway that will last.

The floor sanders did damage to the floors they were supposed to fix. They left the house with debris and a mess. Yes. A cleaning crew came back after a week, but they only fixed the obvious mistakes. See pictures. In the garage they were to replace drywall. They did a subpar job on cutting pieces that fit, damaged a piece of furniture, and left plaster and insulation debris on the workbench and did not cover anything down there. Additionally, they removed fixtures for lights and left them unattached and with wires for the fixtures plus the garage door opener hanging in the garage. Very disappointed. USAA Insurance should remove them from the provider list and Southern Ct folks should beware of the polite people who leave shabby and incomplete work, refuse to return telephone calls, and generally cancel out the nice telephone call with the abusive way they handle your home. Don't trust them. It was a waste to leave the house unoccupied for more than a week and allow them access for more than a month to sand floors and replace drywall and installation. They failed and don't seem to care about is.
