David contacted us for a free estimate asking if we would want to call or text him for one. We sent over a text and received a fast response back looking for our address. I want to say, he came the next day to check it out when we weren't home, which was very convenient. He left a quote for us on an invoice in our mailbox and the price was just right! It was reasonably cheaper than a quote we had gotten elsewhere prior. Within the week, they came back to do the job and our garage hasn't flooded since (and there have been some very hard downpours to gauge it). Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for gutter work.

I had another company look at my system as it started acting up. They gave me me an estimate to…read morereplace the entire system and I said how much do I owe you for the visit and sent them on their way.... I called Alpha at the recommendation of my Auto mechanic shop. It was earlier in the day so I didn't hear from them for a few hours. I had called other places and they were too busy or not what I was looking for. It was going to reach 100° this week and today was Monday. I received a text from Scott, the owner saying he'd be reaching out soon. Shortly after we spoke on the phone and I told him the symptoms of my system which is an old Trane(it's hard to stop a Trane). Right away he knew what to look for and said he would make it tonight and I jokingly said "we're up until midnight"... Well sometimes after 7: 00 pm I got a text saying they are on their way. They showed up and with no hesitation. Went right to the system and started analyzing. They found what was wrong within a couple of minutes and immediately started to do the repair. I had my lady go inside and turn the AC on and boom the compressor kicked on as it should have which is the unit outside the house that was kicking on and off. No fuss, no muss and we are now getting deliciously cold air again! HECK YES I recommend this company.. Thank you Alpha Tech

Our boiler stopped working suddenly. I called Scott and he responded immediately. Mind you it was…read morethe afternoon and he was leaving on vacation the next day. Despite this he came all the way down to Branford at 9 PM just so we could be operational. Our motor was blown and he replaced it with a shiny new one right away. He could have not answered since it was end of day and he could have scheduled me after he returned or referred me to someone else but he didn't. He was responsive and upon meeting him, you could tell he cared. He also was very reasonably priced (and given the circumstance I fully anticipated it was going to cost me an arm and a leg)! Superior service! I will be using Scott for all my HVAC needs moving forward!

Most companies wouldn't even give me a quote because I wasn't the official homeowner. Not A1! Christian came out right away, did an incredibly thorough inspection, and later walked me through his detailed report and the 200+ photos he took. That level of detail gave me full confidence to move forward. I immediately signed to have the roof installed after closing. Five Stars for Christian! Then just days before closing, my bank suddenly required the roof to be replaced before they'd clear the loan. Total stress--until A1 stepped in. They coordinated with my attorneys and, within two days, had the crew replacing the roof. Moses, the project manager, was phenomenal--constant updates, hands-on management, and even local recommendations since I'm new to the area. When my realtor and I stopped by, we saw the crew's craftsmanship in action. The property was spotless when they finished, and the roof looks beautiful. Five Stars for Moses and his amazing crew! From start to finish--Christian's inspection, Moses' project management, and the hardworking crew--A1 delivered top-notch service. Even my realtor was so impressed she said she'll recommend A1 to her clients. If you want professionalism, integrity, and people who truly care, A1 Home Improvement LLC is the way to go. Will use them again when I need other projects completed.

Within six months, large sections of the sealant had come up. A year later, it's even worse. These are in low-traffic areas - no cars or bikes. And no "moss," as they ridiculously tried to tell me. They offered to do a touchup, but that would have left a different texture and color on there a year later. It is important to note that their work does not carry a warranty. I did not realize this when we hired them (my fault!). Thus, they refused to make it right and redo the driveway. Presumably, they used a cheap product. Avoid at all costs; spend your money elsewhere for a driveway that will last.

The is the first time I've been so impressed with a company I want to give them a sixth star…read more My satisfaction with a company is like most, based on quality, cost and Service. I'll speak to this. Premier stone offers a broad range of stone products including an impressive inventory of stock options, this means your material is ready for you, no waiting weeks for shipments and delivery. You can also get an idea of what the bigger picture would look like by inspecting and getting your hands on the inventory. If you don't see a stock item you'd like, plenty of other options in the showroom. These are legit pavers, not the generic home depot off stock. Speaking of, I initially went to home depot to choose and price my patio pavers. Thank god I saw them installed at a friends house and didn't buy them! I went to premier equipped with nothing by the length and width of my project, picked out a patio paver and was given an aggressive quote. Like you, I work hard for my money. You better believe I shopped it. No one even came close! I didnt even have to haggle. I seriously assumed they made a pricing mistake as it was in the ballpark of the low quality Home Depot paver. While I'm an avid DIYer, YouTube cant equip you for every random scenario while you are learning to install your patio. The same person who helped me pick out my patio was the one that talked me through the process. Not only did he return my calls with questions within minutes, talk me off ledges at the peak of my frustration but he came out 4 Times! each time he got his hands dirty and walked me through my next steps. Seriously, he was on his knees demonstrating how to screed sand right after he delivered it! Finally, everyone I worked with at Premier was awesome. I would buy from them again just to hang out with them. See you in the Spring Premier!
