We were able to pay for everything at the pharmacy which was nice. I usually don't use public restrooms but did this time around. The restroom was clean and well stocked. I was surprised to see (for the first time ever) that Walgreens sells alcohol! I visited this Walgreens again the second day because I forgot to buy cough drops. The line moved quickly but I did noticed that there were no self checkout kiosks like most Walgreens has. Overall, I really liked this Walgreens. The people were so incredibly friendly here!

However, the pharmacy manager is about at useless as an individual can get. I worked in retail for over 30 years, and I never let anyone talk to my staff in that manner. As any good manager would do, I stepped in and either deescalated the situation or had the individual removed. The current manager stays behind his glass enclosure and leaves his employees to fend for themselves. Fortunately, I have found a pharmacy where you don't have to wait 5 plus days for a prescription, and the pharmacist is present and not hiding. Hannaford's has not only lost my business at the pharmacy, I don't even shop at the store any longer. You may believe that this is an isolated incident, but nothing could be further from the truth. I was introduced to my new pharmacy by another unsatisfied Hannaford's customer, and I have told at least 10 others who have now left your inferior pharmacy. As for the other pharmacist on staff the female pharmacist is extremely pleasant and apologetic for delays. However, the other male was so rude to an older woman it was disgusting. Not only did he violate her HIPPA rights, as he clearly stated the medications she was taking. He was also extremely nasty to her, asking her what would you like me to do, all these people are waiting as well. ATTENTION All CUSTOMERS: Find another pharmacy, Amazon is great and their prices are far superior.
