I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

Called Columbus cab about 2 1/2 hours before I needed them to pick me up to ensure that they would be there on time. Went out to wait for them and after they were 15 minutes late I called to ask where they were. Man said that nobody had told him I called and he would be there after he drop somebody off in about a half hour. This time my meeting was in 15 minutes! Thank God one of my friends was also staying at the same hotel and able to give me a ride! Why was I would've been in deep trouble due to the incompetence of this company. Will never get my business again nor would I advise anybody to trust them if you need to be somewhere on time.

I felt terrible when I realized they'd come but I had to get my daughter to the hospital.
