Ms. Heather teaches the kids Spanish, which still today she comes home trying to quiz me‍ and I love how the other teachers get involved in science (collecting bugs, frogs, growing beans), and helping the children with easy to do cooking activities! Speaking firsthand, it's been great for me and my child. No place is perfect, but if there is a problem, the front office staff is always willing to talk to ensure you have an understanding and get to a resolution.

Not only was the blouse ruined, they did not tell me about it and instead hid it in between the other garments I had dry cleaned and took my payment. I understand they did not mean to destroy the top, but the fact that they hid it and let me pay for it is unacceptable. They ended up giving me a "complementary" suit cleaning. I figured I would give them one more shot and brought in a suit. The complementary cleaning was only $20 and I was charged $5 on top of that. One reason I think he gets away with such poor service is it is the only dry cleaner in the area and people still take their dirt cloths to the cleaners. My latest issue is they lost my shirts! There were a number of excuses, from Computer glitch to two hangers installed together. They promised a call but after a two day wait, I was told the shirts had been found and the call to let me know had gone to voice mail. Both of my phones receive voice messages. None were received. Now there is a sign on the cash register which states credit cards are not accepted because "the computer is down". I think the truth is they don't accept credit cards any longer and blame computer outage. When I went to pay cash, the charge was 75 cents more than what the receipt ticket stated. When I mentioned this I was given a charge different from the receipt. Needless to say I will never drive .1th of a mile instead of the 10 Miles I drove twice to use this Dry Cleaner. This it the first time in my like I have written a review of any service or product. However, this experience has been so frustrating, I plan to file a claim with the better business bureau of Gainesville. I would feel so different if at least there had been some expression of regret or even an offer of reduced charge as a expressed value of customer service.
