Still, no one showed. Finally. a team member called me and gave me another ETA of 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. By then, they'd used up my entire day that I had afternoon plans for, but I put off my plans because I needed the furniture removed. They showed up around 4 PM and I had already moved everything I needed hauled away to my front room close to the door, which were a few old book cases old dresser and desk and a couple couches. For this they wanted over $1,000.00 to move. I said "No thank you!" There was no way I could afford it. After they had taken up my day and then gave a price estimate like that? First of all their professionalism is lacking as well as their customer service. I was not even afforded the courtesy of a phone call when they didnt show up for the scheduled time. What's worse is if you aren't of their elite customer base, there's no way the average person can afford their service. Something that would have taken them 20 minutes to load up and be on their way, with donatable items from which they would get the tax deductions from local charities, they wanted almost my entire month's income to haul the items away. Their "volume-based prices" are through the roof. This would be the equivalent to more than $1000.00 an hour. Even dumping fees, gas and time are a drop In the bucket with that kind of price gouging. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
