I rarely take out that piercing but it needed to be done cause I was getting an MRI. Luckily I was able to walk in with no appointment, waited a little bit and they removed the piercing at no charge. Overall great experience!

The concept of nurses is cool, but they really need to hire more experienced piercers. For context: I went in today to get the L bar that my nostril was pierced with replaced with a regular flat back stud because the L bar was driving me crazy. The nurse took out my original jewelry and then struggled for a while to try and get the flat back post in. At first she said she was going to have to give up, but then she stuck a thin piece of metal through the front of my piercing to try and guide the new jewelry post through the back. This process was all extremely painful. She still could not get the post through my piercing, so she put lube on the inside of my nostril. I guess this did the trick because she got it in, but then she said it was too short and she couldn't get the top on. SO she got a longer post to replace the shorter one with but then she dropped the longer one into my hair. She found it, pulled it out of my hair, wiped it down, and then restarted the painful process with the guide wire. She finally got the longer post in through the piercing, but then she left it hanging there while she walked away to get the stud and the post fell out of my nose. She said it was probably because there was too much lube in my nostril. At that point, I just asked her to please put my original jewelry back in and I left with an absolutely throbbing nose. I really don't blame the nurse. She was very kind and I truly believe she was doing her best. But she's a trained medical provider, not a piercer. Please please please just hire the right kind of professionals.

19th August 2026 Oculus Financial District…read moreNew York City Sunny Dry 84°F I first saw the Labubu craze posted here by fellow Hawaii and California Yelpers and then I saw one of you visit an actual Pop-Mart Shop. Hmmm... I thought let's takes a look. Pop-Mart is located here in New York City in the downtown Financial District within the immense Oculus. The Blind Box Series of collectible figurines and dolls nust be an Instagram fad that gave my old soul the FOMO. In the shop I observed lots of kiddos going cray cray cray and their parents whispering, "Calm down now." Okay, I now get it. Good capitalist marketing concept, Pop-Mart. IMHO - I am still purging stuff. Thus, no need to collect more stuff, even if it's CUTE. Unless my Goddaughters have a craving for these, but I doubt it since they're in college now ... Anxwar, for you loyal collectors of such items please, Go For It! Enjoy your Labubus and Blind Box collectibles galore! 4 Stars

A decent-sized space wise but still more on the smaller side for the Pop Mart store located inside…read morethe World Trade Center - Oculus compared to other locations in the city. Easily accessible by mass transit via different train routes. Staff members are friendly + helpful + patient. Paying area (cashier) towards the back in a corner. Customers can pay with both cash and card. The blind boxes are pretty expensive imo. There're also these colorful life-size character figures as wall decorations and photo opportunity in the back. Other character figures + plushies + blind boxes + bag charms are being sold throughout the store. The only ones I'm familiar with are Sanrio Characters + Ted the Bear + Labubus. So many other ones I have absolutely no idea about. This place is great for people of all ages (kids and adults alike). If you are interested in collecting and would like to try your luck at certain blind box characters, then this is the spot for you to drop by while spending time at the Oculus.
