Keep in mind that with any construction project there are many parts dependent on weather, condition of the area, environment impacts that can need changes or work arounds as during the project. Stucco contractors I have since talked with say Drew did the stucco repair completely wrong. It will cost me three times what I had to pay Drew to correct his bad work. Drew didn't respond to my calls complaining about his work.
