They will try to trick extra money onto final bill! Watch out and do your math before you pay! Would not use them ever again! Poor service, poor contract workers tears up the yard without fixing it, tore up our daughters Playstation that we had spent $1500 3 weeks prior on rubber mulch and destroyed it. No respect for others property. No regards to ensuring there debris mess is picked up, tore yo irrigation lines, and the contract workers plugged 2 20 amp vacuum pumps on 1 15 amp circuit and owner claims that is our fault that his employees assumed to plug both into 1 breaker rather than knock on the door to ask, they just assumed, walked away, and created a huge mess, again that owner claims is our fault for not providing the correct amperage when he knows most breakers in a house are 15 amps, and never thought to split the 2 vacuums onto separate breakers. One of the products I purchased was defective and clogged my Skimmer and Filters twice. The first time I used the product as instructed, I went back to the Leslie's Pool Store and complained about the product and your employee made me feel like I did something wrong, was rude and talked down to me. I brought the product back home and let my professional pool company try the chemical (INSTANT POOL WATER CONDITIONER - Product # 18831) and the same thing happened. It's not me, it's the product. The workmanship and team spirit made for a beautiful pool and deck (apron). YRP also recommended a landscape company that they work closely with so we went with that company per YRP. The synergy between YRP And the landscapers made for a most aesthetically pleasing pool and recreation area. Upon completion of the pool we had few if any problems that needed to be addressed with one exception. That problem was rectified and our pool was ready for action within 24 hours of raising the problem. The weekly cleaning commitment of the pool cleaners has been solid for the past six years. Each pool cleaning is documented with a written status which is a great feature! Our inground liner pool construction started the first week of September 2026, and the pool is still not finished. Communication has been poor since day one. Responses to questions about timelines, issues, or updates have been extremely delayed. During the build, the wrong lights and stairs were ordered. The replacement lights still have not arrived, and we ended up accepting the wrong color stairs simply because we didn't want to wait any longer. Shortly after the pool was filled the first time, the wall caved in at four different areas. It took weeks of back-and-forth with Justin (contractor), John (sales rep), and the owner before someone came out to address it, and initially they insisted the issue was not their fault. After that, four leaks were discovered in the liner. Again, it took weeks of communication before someone came out to "fix" them. Now that the pump has finally been turned on, we can clearly see the pool is still leaking, which indicates the problem is not just the liner but possibly the plumbing or pump as well. We are now waiting--again--for the leak technician to come back later this week. Considering how long this project has been dragging on, this installation and its issues should be treated as a top priority. Instead, it has felt like an afterthought while other projects move ahead. We haven't even mentioned the shoddy concrete work. At this point we will likely just live with it as it is, but the quality of the work is disappointing. At this point we truly regret choosing this company and cannot recommend them based on our experience. No stars!

Unfortunately, that's the way they run their business. They are crooks, so just look into another another company for yourself, because that is not a legitimate way to do business. We would have paid an extra $300-400 to get the motor for our pool. The company that we spoke to is doing it for half of what they were charging us. Of course they made sure to keep the fee of over $135 to come out to the house.We figured they do that, but I'd rather do that than pay them $750. All I can say is, do your homework. Look up model numbers and make sure that you are not getting overcharged. The company that we're using is buying the motor and charging us with the motor cost, and then they're making their commission off of their labor charge which is half of what PP were going to charge. They're absolutely over the top and beyond. What can improve them..Actually being honest and not over charging their customers. Perfect pools- not so Perfect.
