pool from the drone at night
    Karen H.

Our new Heritage Pools at our vacation rental in Wild Dunes, Carolina Elegance, is impressive. This is the second pool that Michael Gesmond has built for us. Both of our pools have sport's bottoms (deep in the middle and shallow on both ends) and volleyball nets. We have guests telling us that they came to be at the beach and they end up staying in the pool all of the time. Michael and his entire team are professional and very good at what they do with pools.

Michael and his people put in a great pool for us and their customer service has not stopped after the job is done.

The previous owners left complicated instructions and a receipt from Leslie's pool with their name and address. I called to get someone to help me - mostly to test the water, and explain what they did for previous owner. The young man who answered the phone was belligerent. First tried to tell me it wasn't that (location) Leslie's that serviced the pool. I repeated the address on receipt. Then he told me they didn't test water and I told him I had the receipt explaining what they did. He, said he would have to see it and then dropped the phone and yelled "customer in the store. Customer in the store," and laughed and hung up on me. I don't know who this kid is answering the phones for Leslie's pool but what a jerk! And if the company thinks that this fool is a good representative of their company- I don't want anything to do with Leslie's pools.

Scott's technician acknowledged the instruction to simply remove the pool alarm from the pool for the duration of the cleaning. However, he never did. This resulted in multiple family members getting the panic alarm of the pool having a child in it, every week. And he came at random days. Repeatedly, I asked him to take the alarm out of the pool, yet he would only do so after the alarm sounded, waking up the baby every single time. On the last activation, he said that "his instructions were wrong" and that he merely needed to remove the alarm for seven seconds which would put the system in "Swim" mode. That means the alarm is delayed for seven minutes, and then continued to sound. Cannot listen, was a complete ass when we said Hello to him (tech) at the house, and we are done, give up. We have found another service. Happy to provide video of this moron continuing to set off the alarm and the screenshot of his having acknowledged all he had to do was remove the alarm from the pool. PS The second-to-last time, when he set off the alarm, he THEN took it out of the pool and just LEFT IT THERE. This means there was zero protection for the two days until I discovered it outside the pool. This is pure negligence.
