The owner is "Dave" (not "Mike" as one reviewer mentioned below) and he specifically warned me away from salt water (contrary to one reviewer below) saying it would negatively impact ongoing maintenance (even though he would make more money if he sold me a salt water system). Also, he did not immediately have the spa I was interested in and he gave me the names of other area retailers to check out. Most professionals in this industry wouldn't do that, and I greatly appreciate it.
