Clear communication from the beginning. He delivered and set up the hot tub with what seemed to be ease. It was a couple of weeks before we connected to electrical to make sure everything was working as this is a used hot tub. Of course something didn't work, so I message James and right away he was on it. He showed up the next day and found the bad part. What was extremely surprising to me was James offered to make right and repair or rebuild the part. We opted for a new part and he sold to us at cost and made the repairs. I highly recommend that if you are in need of hot tub repairs or in the market for one, reach out to James and at least give him a chance to show you that he can be trustworthy. Told me to bring in my water sample right from the hose since I was getting ready to flush and refill to try again. The next day I brought in a sample and he and Molly got me tested, lined up with some new chemicals with specific instructions and even some scented salts which I'm stoked to use soon! Molly even gave me a hot tip to buy a sump pump to help with draining the tub faster so I picked one up on the way home and that was the best tip ever!!
