Jesse, our designer and Chris, our project manager were always available when we needed them. I previewed several pools prior to starting this project, and you can tell which ones are Blue Haven by the quality of the pool. I think sometimes people do not know what they are getting into, and that leads to a bad experience. Know that your yard will be destroyed by the heavy equipment, that is to be expected, and that Mother Nature will cause delays. Also expect to have sticker shock at the price , but in the end, a resort worthy pool was worth the months of mud and yuck

Clear communication from the beginning. He delivered and set up the hot tub with what seemed to be ease. It was a couple of weeks before we connected to electrical to make sure everything was working as this is a used hot tub. Of course something didn't work, so I message James and right away he was on it. He showed up the next day and found the bad part. What was extremely surprising to me was James offered to make right and repair or rebuild the part. We opted for a new part and he sold to us at cost and made the repairs. I highly recommend that if you are in need of hot tub repairs or in the market for one, reach out to James and at least give him a chance to show you that he can be trustworthy. We are very satisfied clients and will continue to use his services. Jerry & Jennifer
