Clear communication from the beginning. He delivered and set up the hot tub with what seemed to be ease. It was a couple of weeks before we connected to electrical to make sure everything was working as this is a used hot tub. Of course something didn't work, so I message James and right away he was on it. He showed up the next day and found the bad part. What was extremely surprising to me was James offered to make right and repair or rebuild the part. We opted for a new part and he sold to us at cost and made the repairs. I highly recommend that if you are in need of hot tub repairs or in the market for one, reach out to James and at least give him a chance to show you that he can be trustworthy. Alex, the owner, is a good person and we worked out issues that arose from interactions with subs and my towns building department. I would recommend using Pride in any place it is licensed. My only caution to you as customers is to understand permit and inspections required and who is doing what so you don't wind up not having a CO from your town. Pride gave up its license in South Carolina and post completion it was left to me to resolve final inspections and approvals. it was not fun. I still use Pride for maintenance.
