The guys who did the work came about 9:00 and in one single day stripped our roof and replaced it. Their clean up was amazing, they spent 1 1/2 hours in clean up. Once we placed the call for a quote, Owner Kyle Redding and Restoration Consultant Service Specialist Asheton Welch were immediately scheduled. At the appointment, a thorough inspection of our roof was conducted, and an explanation with photos was provided, along with many replacement options to guide us in the direction we could go. What we didn't realize was that there was damage due to a recent storm, so Kyle and Asheton took the extra time explaining how everything could go should we decide to file a claim via our homeowners insurance, as well as variations in the two roofing brands offered and the benefits of each. At the onset, we had initially wanted to get a few companies to come out to provide quotes... but our questions on cost and concerns were put to rest within the first 30 minutes of talking with Kyle and Asheton. We knew there wasn't another company that would take care of our home, better than if we did it ourselves. After the best replacement choice for our home's needs was made, their team was scheduled and the entire job (along with gutters installed) was completed within two days. Asheton came out when both the roof and gutters were being done, and stayed the entire time. She was beyond kind, answered our questions, and walked us through each step being performed, making certain we were comfortable all along the way. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire Allegiance team is attentive to the homeowners' needs and desires, highly knowledgeable in their field, as well as diligent in communication with not only their customers, but also in dealing with insurance companies. The entire process was effortless, leaving us immensely happy with our new roof. We highly recommend Allegiance Roofing & Exteriors as the most reliable and affordable roofing company for your roof replacement needs.
