They worked with me to cut out work that would add to price and was not important to me. They offered many suggestions and all employees I dealt with were friendly. Our project turned out great. My wife and I cleared out the underbrush in the wooded area of our backyard. This left many small stumps and roots that made it hard to walk without constant tripping hazards. ELP excavated the area and removed the large brush pile that we had accumulated. We wanted to mulch area to help reduce growth if weeds. They recommended a product called "triple ground" which is ground bark with a. Little sand but looks similar to dirt. Time will tell how it holds back weeds, but the product looks perfect!!! The ELP equipment operators were very impressive and showed their experience. They used a small backhoe and I witnessed them delicately moving the boards on ground around with the backhoe (boards to protect lawn) and they used backhoe grip to grab dead tree trunks and turn them to snap off branches when laying them in pile. I was in awe by their experience! ELP placed boards on lawn to protect it, which was great attention to detail. We had a few small tree casualties that we had hoped to save but their root system was impacted and took out the tree. We were sad to lose them but understand this was a risk when we are clearing out other stumps and roots. The ELP operators did their best. I highly recommend this company!

My patio looked like nothing was done, still flooded. I spoke with who I presume is the owner and sent him pictures of the pooled water on my porch and mentioned that my neighbor, who has a french drain, had no standing water in on her porch. He assured me they would fix it because he did not want a dissatisfied customer. I've been waiting over 3 weeks and he has ignored my messages. They have my money, and I still have a flooded patio when it rains. Humm, that's a problem I don't want anyone else to go through. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their problem. Not a happy customer!

The patio now has low spots all over, nothing sits flat. first rain storm we had 3 inches of water from the center of the patio to the house,, yes the water was flowing towards my house not away. They broke siding, left it hanging with holes in it, removed fencing and broke all the brackets not fixed, torn off the gutter, replaced it but never strapped it to the house. Tore up my lawn and my neighbors lawns which I have to fix. I had a storage container with play sand in it for my grand daughters sandbox. They poured out the sand in the woods and took my container !! They threw left over paver & cut pavers along with sand and gravel in the woods behind my house. I spent a full day just cleaning up after them.. unfortunately they finished while I was at work by the time I get home it's dusk and I really didn't take a hard look at it till the weekend. I should have known better even after expressing some early concerns they ensured me if something wasn't right they will fix it.. so like an idiot I paid them, a day or two later I sent them a 52 page email with photos of the workmanship, clean up and issues... heard nothing,,?that weekend it rained a swimming pool of water on patio or should I call it my pool,, I was out side with a broom pushing the water off the patio away from my house. sent text messages, calls nothing I was being ghosted. I finally sent another email requesting a full refund or I would be taking him to court.. This is a two part story regarding the one star. Part one,…read morethey did a floor coating for our upper front deck that began to bubble immediately after it dried. They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.
