She sat in that chair for three something hours and then had to come back and sit in the chair for another three something hours, which was a total and complete pain in the ass for both her and I! I also had a horrible experience with that place recently... My stylist is the sweetest person ever, but she doesn't have a clue what she's doing! My hair looks like fucking shit, I had to bust my way through two managers only to be told to leave because "I was never going to be happy". . My hair looks like shit right now, so now I need to go somewhere else and pay another $3-$500 to get it fixed. I will never be taking my business to Roway Hair ever again! One time when I left that place about three years ago, I left there looking like Tony the Tiger!! Literally had strips of white hair, strips of black hair and orange hair!
