I called, Jennifer answered the phone immediately. I told her what I needed done, she said no problem and could take care of it right away. 5 minutes later I arrived and greeted me as I pulled up in front of the building. "This office is new to them and have only been in this location for about one month " the office is very nice and well manicured on the inside. Jennifer directed me to her office cubicle and was extremely pleasant to work with. "She gets high marks in my book" Jennifer is professional and kind at the same time, I absolutely recommend her notary services. 5 stars all the way around. I was disappointed with my experience. I only needed two documents notarized, but unfortunately, I…read moreended up waiting over half an hour without even receiving the service. I arrived seven minutes before my scheduled 6PM appointment and was asked to wait five minutes while she finished with another customer. I was then told a second time that it would be another five minutes. However, after that second estimate, I waited an additional 20 minutes without any further communication or updates (text conversation attached). I followed up asking for an ETA, explaining that I needed to pick up my daughter by 7PM, but received no response. I also tried calling, with no answer. After a few more mins passed, I texted to let her know I was leaving due to the lack of acknowledgment or updates. She eventually got back to me, but I had already left the neighborhood. I completely understand that appointments can run longer than expected and unexpected situations happen. However, punctuality & communication are key, especially when providing a service that clients have scheduled time out of their day for. A simple heads up or a more realistic wait-time estimate would have made a significant difference, especially when people are managing busy schedules and rush-hour traffic. I do want to acknowledge that she eventually reached out and apologized for the delay, so kudos to her for that. It's unfortunate that I'm leaving this review, especially after seeing so many positive experiences from other customers. Those reviews initially caught my attention, and I was genuinely looking forward to her service. Ultimately, my disappointment wasn't about the delay itself, but rather the lack of communication and consideration for time. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future clients.

Amazing Notary!! I…read morehad an absolutely amazing experience with Sunday Mobile Notary! As a person with a disability, I needed mobile notary services due to mobility issues, and I found Lynni to be very affordable. Her rates are competitively priced, and all associated costs were presented upfront, making the process straightforward and transparent. She was also flexible in scheduling our appointment at a time that worked best for me. Lynni is warm and personable while also being professional and proficient, which I find extremely important, especially in today's world where customer service values can sometimes diminish. This was particularly crucial since the appointment took place in my home. She explained everything to me clearly, seamlessly guiding us through each document, and the entire process went as smooth as butter--she truly is amazing! Most importantly, Lynni was extremely empathetic and provided compassionate care, showing patience and a deep understanding of my limitations and requirements due to my disability. I'm so glad I found Sunday Mobile Notary and look forward to utilizing Lynni's services again in the future. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Do not hesitate to book with her!
