They absolutely slayed my nails. I came in with a set I had gotten done somewhere else less than 2…read moreweeks ago that was so poorly done it had looked like it was growing out for 4 weeks. They fixed my nails and shaped them to perfection. The cuticle work is also top notch. Located in beautiful Kenneth village, I love nail sunny and can't wait to come back. True professionals at Russian manicure

I've followed Nail Sunny for years, so when I heard they opened a new location in Glendale, I was…read moregenuinely excited. Their work online always looks flawless, and with their grand-opening promotions--$55 for a Russian manicure and $65 for a pedicure (normally $80-$120+)--I thought this would be my new go-to salon. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite of what I expected. For my first appointment, the manicurist cut me three times during the service. The pedicurist applied so much pressure that I jerked my foot away because it hurt. I was shocked. I'm not new to Russian manicures--I've been getting them consistently for over a year both here in the U.S. and even in Armenia--so I know the difference between precision and poor technique. I assumed maybe it was just a bad day, so I gave them a second chance and booked again. Big mistake. For the second appointment, I ended up with the same manicurist--and this time, she was 30 minutes late. I sat in the lobby watching my friend get her manicure (we booked the same time), while the salon messaged me asking if I was still coming because I was running three minutes late. Meanwhile, my manicurist wasn't even in the building. The complete lack of respect for my time was unbelievable. That was the last straw. After experiencing both poor technique and unprofessional scheduling, and then reading the other negative reviews, all I can say is: every single one of them checks out. Where's the lie? I won't be returning to Nail Sunny Glendale. The hype simply does not match the reality.
