Even when there were a couple mishaps or things I wanted changed, they didn't make me feel bad at all. They were more than willing to fix anything and make sure I left happy. I recommend mona she is so sweet and she definitely treat me like a friend even that's the first time we met , didn't keep asking me add other services and she is really gentle ,usually I get few itchy when the firs 2-3 days but this time I feel nothing the lash is just like natural, love it and will definitely came back.

The threading skill was great, barely felt any pain; however, the shaping skill of the eyebrows was lacking. My partner also went with me and her eyebrows ended up uneven.

The gurney is against the wall so the person doing my facial can't walk around me, but it was okay. She searched for every black head she could find on my nose and face. Very thorough. Also very painful having those pushed out, but I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. It was okay, but I feel like the European Wax Center does a better job. Still gonna come back here though for facials and underarm waxing due to the cost and convenience of free parking.

I booked the $19 brow cleanup online as opposed to the $25 'brow shaping'. When I got in she did my brows but when I went to pay she charged me the $25. When I clarified that's not what I booked she said I had waited too long since my last appointment (it was the second time I was there, it had probably been 3 months) and that my brows were too overgrown for just a cleanup. She did not apologize, in fact I was made to feel ashamed that I didn't book the appropriate service. First of all, if there is a regulation like this it needs to be stated on the website when people are booking. But how can they know how long it's been since your last appt unless it was also with them? She also should've told me as soon as I sat down in the chair that she wouldn't be able to do what I booked and that there would be an additional charge. The actual brow work was fine but the poor customer service and sus business practices turned me off forever.
