It was a very unfortunate and unfair experience. Do not purchase this class and expect to drive into Brooklyn. I had asked her about parking situation, available garages, etc. prior to the 2-day class and made it seem like it was not a problem. 3.5 hrs driving into Brooklyn, only to find all parking garages are completely full, no metered parking and drive around for over an hour with no valid on street parking in sight. I had to turn back around and drive another 3.5 hrs back home. She did not even say "let's use your deposit towards another future class" or "Let ne refund your deposit gif such an inconvenience " I found her to be greedy and not understanding of the situation at all. You also need to bring all of your own supplies. Meaning not just your machine but pigments and needles. So be prepared to carry everything from your work into Brooklyn, walk a distance and lug it up mara it's to a studio without an elevator (which I also inquired about). Sign up at your own discretion. I rarely leave bad reviews but feel the professionalism could have went above and beyond. If she was willing to send a deposit back I most likely would have visited for other trainings. I came to Natalia after 4 sessions with a different makeup artist. My eyebrows wouldn't last more then 4 days on my skin. After 3rd touch up I could hardly see a result that healed only partly on my skin. 1 year after when my old Microblanding turned ginger my friends recommended me Natalia. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but I feel like I should speak about my experience. Let's start with how 30 min before our appointment I texted Natalia to confirm our appointment (should've been the other way around) she then tells me how she's so sorry she forgot our appointment and almost left to the city! But she didn't, so let's continue. I get to her house and she was very nice and pleasant to speak to. She listened to what I wanted and I thought I made it clear. "How my eyebrows are shaped now (colored in) that's the exact shape and tone id like for microblading". Before she started drawing on the brows she was on the phone either texting or calling with her friends for almost an hour, so unprofessional. When she finally drew on the brows, they're nothing of what I wanted meaning she didn't listen to me at all. She drew on thick brows and said it's in style. After a few hours of her going over my brows with the ink, the end result was alot lighter than I expected. I told her I'm not happy with this and it needs to be darker. So she continued to make it darker, the end result was not the best but I was giving Natalia a shot, and I waited for it to heal 30 days and thought I'd go back for a touchup. NOO after 30 days the pigment completely disappeared. 0% retainment of color, I texted her a few months later about the situation and instead of her offering to fix this problem. She raised our initial price and told me it's my fault the ink disappeared I have to do it alllll over again. After going back and forth she finally told me to come in and stated "but I can't guarantee good results". No thank you, who'd wanna come back after those words? An artist should work with you not against you. Especially if you payed 350$ to get NO results. read more

Well I'll begin this review by say that Natalia Verkh really knows her craft with enhancing eyebrow shape, I was pleased with the result after going to her for 3 year however, after 3 years I got sick and tired of chasing her for an appointment. She is very unprofessional when it comes to returning phone calls and text (her preferred communication.) I recently tried to schedule (since December 2019) my routine touch up with Natalia Verkh and have been unsuccessful, she finally texted me on 12/30 saying she will "away" until February 2nd, "which days are good for you in that month" In response I texted her my date which was February 7th again no response...I again texted her February 3rd no response, again February 4th at this point I was already frustrated with her lack of professionalism and I stated in my text that if she is overbooked then she should let me know at which I would/would have made other arrangements (take my business elsewhere.) Her response to me was and I quote "I'm working by my own. No one helps me and if I don't answer it's not ignoring you but I have no availability to answer. "I can't work 24/7". She goes on in the text about how bombarded she is with work. She mentioned how she is not "ignoring" me and to that I say it's not personal it's professionalism, your work code of conducts needs improvement.
