He responded to my call quickly in March when we took ownership of an older house with good bones in need of a lot of TLC. I was impressed with the positive comments given by past references who described how he hung the moon. (Now I am another on that list.) The work was a few projects, including a gut job on the bathroom and kitchen that had him removing a partial wall separating our kitchen from the dining room to create more light and an open plan, replacing old electrics, replacing all molding, moving door jams, insulating walls, installing new kitchen cabinets from Kitchen World (which are great), and overseeing the work of the hardwood floor sander, plumber, and licensed electricians. For the bathroom, they removed 7,000 lbs. of lath, tile, plumbing, and materials from our 1940 original bathroom and created a beautiful new one that really complements the period of our house. I'm glad to share pictures with anybody. His prices are very fair. Bill's team are hard working guys who show up at 7:30 and work a full day with professional demeanor. They clean up each day.
