Some Nary Dairy came in to my possession at approximately 2pm today. The container is now empty and I am the only one who had access to it.

I'm so happy it's still around and seriously the best handcrafted vegan cheese in the area! The ambiance is still being worked on but it is lovely with the mosaics and the wood accents and plenty of seating. Since I was at an event nearby I had to stop in to get a caprese salad (they offer a sandwich too). Service was wonderful although it was starting to get busy, but it was prepared quickly and plated beautifully to go! Vegan buffalo mozzarella cheese topping slices of heirloom tomatoes on a bed of fresh arugula with a pesto drizzle on top was pure culinary perfection! It was so fresh and satisfying! Yes the price is high yet worth it everything is whole food made in house sourced from the farmers markets! Which makes this the prefect treat for when I'm able to stop by! Ok so got to share with friends that went over after I did and OMG get the mushroom pasta a risotto or one of the raw food tiramisu desserts. WOW all of the food is incredible!

No, half done wall and interior. Not the reason we wanted to try this place so it didn't matter to us. Was the vegan cheese sandwiches delicious? It's good, but not $19.95 worthy good. The French sourdough bread is from Rupublique(owner told us) The sandwiches are small like we both were still hungry after having our own... if paying $20 for an itty bitty sandwich roll makes you feel like upper class, you do you. I have had a fair amount of vegan cheeses myself. Tbh it's not the most delicious, memorable type I have tried. Disappointed for sure. Can't justify $20 for it either. Two and half stars if I'm honest.

Big shout out to Miguel he is phenomenal and I have been working with him for quite some time he always makes phenomenal recommendations for meats as well as cheeses and wines to boot. Doesn't matter the occasion he always has me covered! Over the years we've shared some phenomenal stories and I'm always grateful to run into him when making creations, and is I ran into while dining out I'd send a drink over his way. The meat and cheese department at Eataly is hard to beat! And, I highly recommend you head over!

A nice young man assisted us in choosing the perfect Pecorino cheese and the tastiest Soppressata salumi, complete with generous samples! Yum. There are Italian cheeses and domestic cheeses too. We choose a wonderful Pecorino Gigante Cantina ($25.80/lb.). The prosciutto and salumi all looked good, so we described what we wanted: very little visible fat and a medium bit of spice. Our expert behind the counter suggested the Giorgio Soppressata Piccante ($25.80/lb.) and sliced two huge pieces for us to try...sold! I went in and skipped the line and checked out my soppresatta salami sandwhich for $6.75. Such a good price and such high quality ingredients! Made with Manchego cheese, mixed greens, sundried tomato spread, extra virgin olive oil & balsamic. I loved that spread I could drink it!! Definitely going to come back next time I need to make a charcuterie board. I also really want to try the tuna sandwich. Such kind people working here too. Limited seating available outside.

DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR NEW STAFF SERGIO! Good Grief. Been…read morecoming here for 22 years. I am simply done. Don't care? - Bussiness is just fine? Then I guess when the people start piling up one at a time, maybe you will. Your staff is relentlessly miserable which is fine, but now they are agreessively mouthy. Had a run in the other day with some ''what appears to be'' a teenager who called himself "Second in charge" working the register. When I griped about my 14.50 TUNA fish sandwich and how you are now charging EXTRA for SUBSTITUTING a different kind of cheese on your sandwiches - I told my girlfriend "Lets get the F**% outta here. He overheard, and wielded his authority to TRY and order me to leave the store . . . . while i was already doing so, and in a very aggressive fashion. Not that it was any of HIS business on my conversation to my girlfriend. He's quite lucky this was not done outside your storefront. This is the same miserable little man who on a previous recent occasion was in a heated political debate with one of his co-workers while ringing up my sandwich giving his views on the current President in his workspace. Professionalism at its finest. The sandwich makers have scowls on their faces 24/7, they groan and gripe when you request a piece of bread that's not an "end piece" or even request an alteration of any sort. I have paid the listed prices and come back out of convenience to your location, but truth be told - there are COUNTLESS places to grab good sandwiches within the square mile. The "Experience" is abhorrent at this point and your staff tells me YOU now only come in after 3:00PM on any given day un-announced and they basically "Are in charge". Well, guess what? READ THE REVIEWS closely here and on other TrustPilot type platforms. You as the business owner need to monitor them better. Once again, I (AND my girlfriend) have patronized your business for 22 years, only living a few blocks away. That all changes as of now. Congrats on that.
