I order the iced blossom latte which was one of their season summer drinks featuring rose and cardamom. It was soooooo good. Not only was it pretty but after stirring it up it was the perfect combination of flavors. You had the light floral from the rose pair perfectly with the spice from the cardamom. It was my first time trying narrative after eyeing it for months and I'm so happy I tired it! Definitely excited to go back and try there other drinks! read more

If you're gluten free or dairy free, this place is not for you. The staff do not do a good job about cleaning spoons/cups between different milks and do not pay close attention to what's going in the cups and drinks. We had to send back two of our drinks when seeing them made wrong and still risked cross contamination. Latte was pretty good and chai was mediocre. read more

We always have coffee at our hotel and decided to venture out and try a local shop... so glad we did! The coffee here is DELICIOUS! Upon walking in, it's a nice big space and very clean and that good hipster coffee vibe you want from a coffee shop in 2022. I would guess that the guy who rang us up was the owner or manager, he made some good suggestions and definitely seemed to know his stuff. We went with a cafe con leave and a honey latte (only issue was not having almond milk.. but they did have oat milk and chai!). I inquired about a honey syrup and he said they had fresh local honey they could use... honestly it was the best honey latte I have ever had. The honey perfectly accentuated the nuttiness of the coffee and with whole milk it was perfectly creamy. Each shot of espresso is ground and made fresh to order as you would expect from an exceptional coffee shop. The pastries looked fresh and they had a little refrigerated section with some wraps/salads/protein bites and cold non coffee drinks to go. Bathrooms were clean and lots of different seating options available. We will definitely come back here! Lots of people sitting around here parking and from conversations it seemed like quite a few locals/regulars were coming in. read more

They feature some delicious Cuban coffees my favorite is the cafecito. There are better pastries elsewhere but the combination of atmosphere, coffee and service can't be beat. I'm at like a 3.5 and the only reason it's not a five is they are card only. As a family that is on a cash only budget I don't like it when places don't take cash. Wow! The Oddwinter was absolutely delicious. Lick the bottom of the cup and cry it's gone delicious. It was balanced and hot. I didn't need add a thing and it wasn't too sweet. What happened here ? This placed used to be a 5 star for me until today . The coffee tastes completely different , my usual latte was so sweet I could barely taste the actual coffee roast. On top of that they forgot my breakfast sandwich order , so when I went back to the line after 10 Minutes of waiting , they all looked at each other looking for who dropped the ball... it was not a good experience. Cutest little coffee shop! Emphasis on little, as there isn't much space, but their outdoor seating area is beautiful. A great location with a lot of natural light, this earth-vibe shop is very open. Live music is played outside most weekends. (Updates on their Instagram page) Outside seating is plentiful. Located in Mercato shopping center. It's very clean. Cons: The wobbly tables, not every table is wobbly but you'll switch tables as soon as a non-wobbly table is available. Also the coffee. The place that used to be here served the most delicious cup of black coffee. The black coffee here is OK. But I'm also a coffee snob so for casual fans it's a great cup of coffee. Just not amazing. The espresso by itself is terrible. Sorry just trying to make it better!! Need to update the menu: no beer or wine on the menu but you serve it. Decided to stop in for some coffee and to my surprise it was much more. I have lived here in Naples for only 4 months now and have not been able to find a good Cuban cortado. Well now I have. The vibes are good, but the last few times I've been the employees are just super loud in conversation while costumers are pretty quiet. The last time I was here with my toddler he looked at me and said "oh no mama they don't have inside voices". The table next to me giggled. I think we all agreed lol. The coffee my partner and I got were so delicious and I really enjoyed drinking my espresso and cold brew. The main reason I'm here is to warn anyone who may have pre-existing conditions that one barista wasn't wearing a mask at all and the other wore their mask incorrectly (my friend calls how the barista was wearing it "d*ck nose [yinz can take that if ya want. Don't think my friend would mind]) and there were no guards up for ordering. They have signs outside telling people they need to wear masks inside but weren't wearing them properly themselves and allowed someone to come in without a mask without asking for them to put one on (which makes sense as they weren't wearing them correctly either). Anyway, my four star review has really nothing to do with masks. If you don't have pre-existing conditions and feel comfortable going, their coffee is great. read more

Head to Narrative with a notebook and you'll see: the creativity will just flow. The service was nice but nothing to write home about, the girls working there seemed distracted when I was there, but I received my coffee and it tasted good so it wasn't a big deal. I will say they weren't wearing their face masks correctly, they had slipped past their noses and weren't adjusted during my entire visit. COFFEE AS IT WAS MEANT TO BE! I was eagerly awaiting the opening of a new coffee shop in Mercato and this place did not disappoint! The moment I stepped foot inside I was instantly impressed by the beautiful design. Me and my wife love to travel and visit coffee shops wherever we go and the aesthetic of this place is definitely our new favorite (if you haven't been, you have to check out the awesome neon sign hanging in front of a moss backdrop). After taking in the design, I approached the counter to order and was welcomed by their very friendly staff (despite the masks you could still tell they were smiling). I have to admit I have now been in many times and have tried their regular latte, iced latte, drip coffee (made from the cyclops - the first maker of its kind in the state of FL) cold brew, and a pour over and each one was absolutely perfect. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners and I was impressed by his passion to bring the very best coffee toSouthwest Florida through their selection of beans, to their roasting process, to the modern equipment and attention to detail during extraction!
