hands down the best nigiri from any sushi place i've ever had! they're huge, so plump and delicious. like if i ever crave sushi this is the first place i think of. paired with a glass of thai tea ughh like so good. they also have soup, curry, rice at amazing prices and portions! the service is quick easy and they're super attendant! quick with refills and food comes out fast. thanks to the chefs and staff :3 the place is comfy filled with many booths and green decor. seriously can't get enough of this place :) ps. my sister wanted me to say that she's obsessed with the eel at this place!

My first visit to Naree Kitchen was when I was in a rush and grab a lunch to go, and I was NOT disappointed! I had a bunch of people recommend this location to me, so I stopped by and it lived to the hype! The food was fantastic even as take out, and was greeted with a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff! Will for sure be back to try many more entrees!

Ambiance: I've been here a few times and this was the first time where I was disappointed in the portions, flavor, and service. We came on a Saturday for lunch and the waitress seated all of the tables in one section of the restaurant. Service: The waitress had little opinion on the most popular dishes on the menu and did not check on us during our meal for water refills. Food: the portions were small but plated on large plates. The pork ribs were flavorless and the papaya salad lacked tamarind and sugar, it was mostly fishy. Maybe it was just an off day? But I will return because I remember it being better before.

First off, the inside of this place is amazing. I love all the greenery. The menu has a variety of different foods. We got a lot of dishes lol. Really enjoyed the cucumber salad . The cucumber underneath was a new twist I haven't seen before. And it tasted amazing. I got the beef pho . It was not traditional. It was very very clover heavy. I didn't like that. The beef was not the thin slices. Usually it comes raw and you cook it with the broth and noodles but this time it was thick chewy beef . Which was not bad. It still tasted pretty good but just not traditional. The large was effing hugeeeee okay. My god. The medium is normally what I think is a large lol. Everything else was great!

Note, I'm a crazy pho eater that has to have pho from all over. I travel far and in between the states. Eating from LA, Vegas, MN, WI, MI, IL, OH, Manhattan, FI, KS, MS, GA, canada, etc. I make reviews after tasting their pho. I know what pho is good and what is fake! Being Hmong, I try not to be bias, "only Vietnamese people can cook pho! The restaurant started from a Vietnamese owner." Naree kitchen thai and sushi I got a recommendation from a friend about this place. Not bad. Very busy. Lots of Hmong people. They serve your typical Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese food. Some Hmong food too. Pho broth is pretty decent but the Hmong workers don't know how to properly present the pho correctly, or just don't care. Pho presentation is key! My granddaughter had the chicken and rice combo which had great flavor. Sticky rice is served with most combos! My son, daughter, and I had the pho combo, which was good. No issues. We also had the Pad Thai which was good. Laos papapya was ok too. I have one negative: that door. Omg. With the cold draft, it gets pretty cold. Man. The constant open and close of the door is definitely effecting the heat bill. Build a small wall to reduce the negative air, help reduce the heat cost, and provide a warm atmosphere for the customers. In the summer months, it must be bad for the AC too. All in all, nice decor. Good workers. Happy environment. Will gladly come again. Lastly, the large pho bowl is huge! Highly recommended

First time I have ever had filet mignon on a sushi roll. It was amazing. So tasty. Loved all the dishes we tried. Great location with calming undertones.

Small cozy place. Great service. My favorite out of the five dishes I ordered was spicy crab salad. Pad Thai was very saucy and the noodles was mushy. I had to use a fork to scoop up the noodles. Chicken satay was a bit plain, but the peanut sauce was really flavorful. Both sushi rolls were falling apart. It was hard to eat in one bite so we didn't really get to enjoy the sushi. I am planning to come back to check out other items.

First time coming here for lunch. Order the Thai spring rolls. The order comes with two and it cost me $7.09. They're about as big as my hand. They were ready in less than 5 minutes and tasted fresh-definitely some of the best spring rolls around here that I've had so far. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was quiet and welcoming; nothing fancy. I will be back to try other items from their menu soon!

BEST PAD SEE EW IN KC. Finally, a place that is flavorful! The place is kind of sketch (inside and outside, the hole-in-the-wall vibes brought it down a star), but all things considered, it was worth the visit. Service was excellent. If you're like me, you've been let down at all the Thai places in North KC, downtown, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Independence, etc. I really recommend you make the drive out to Naree Kitchen!

This is a small-ish, casual place with great food! I'm a big fan of the Boat Noodles. The broth is savory and warming, especially with the trio of spices that they bring out. Pork isn't usually my go-to choice for meat, but it's excellent in this dish. I love Thai Iced Coffee. It's the perfect level of sweetness for me and it's not at all bitter. This large glass was well worth the price. My sister is a little bit of a curry snob. She said her order of yellow curry was good but not great, although she took her leftovers home. She didn't finish the egg drop soup. It was only $3, so no great loss, but she said that the flavor was lacking. Our server was attentive and polite. She helped me decide between the curry and the Boat Noodles, and I was more than satisfied with my choice.

Naree's Kitchen is by far one of my favorite go to Asian restaurants. It's close to home and the food there is pretty good for the price you pay. Even their sushi is pretty affordable in my opinion. I can never go to that restaurant without ordering their Thai spring rolls. I love spring rolls and this restaurant has by far one of the best spring rolls in KC. Even their dipping sauce is so good. It's the best dipping sauce I've ever had lol. In my personal opinion, I believe that all other Asian restaurants can't beat Naree's Kitchen's spring rolls. I'm a firm believer on that because most restaurants are cheap with their ingredients especially when it comes to making spring rolls but Naree's Kitchen isn't. They make their spring rolls fresh and how you'll know is when the meat, noodles, shrimp and wrap is warm . I've also never ordered the sampler platter until now and wow-- I've been missing out... it's definitely worth it because you get 4 samples of 3 of each kind! That's surreal! Out of the 4, the egg rolls were my favorite. I'm also super picky when it comes to eggrolls, because I only like Hmong egg rolls but I have to say their egg rolls are pretty close to being like Hmong egg rolls. I'm Hmong and there's no Hmong restaurants here in KS so this is the closest. Their pho is also not bad. They give you a good amount of noodles and meat. The pho also already comes with all the herbs so if you're not into the herbs and other vegetables you might want to tell them to opt it out. We also ordered their combo basil fried rice which was good as well. They also have a bar and alcoholic drinks if you want to treat yourself too. Service: Quick service. Waiter and waitresses are really nice and always willing to help. Parking: shared parking with other businesses. Definitely check this place out!

I have noticed that they never give you any utensils or napkins or anything like that. In fact, the day prior to my most recent visit, a friend had brought that up regarding their most recent visit. I wasn't going home so I checked my bag before leaving and grabbed my own utensils and napkins from the bar. I had to go around an individual who was eating there so it was a little awkward. I'm sure they keep more of their attention on the patrons dining in and they're always busy, but it would improve the experience if they included those items automatically. I ordered a couple of appetizers but I ended up not really being impressed by either. I tried the crab Rangoon and it was fine. They're on the smaller side and the filling is a little lacking. I also tried the Baramee Thai Rolls: crabmeat, cream cheese, cucumber, green leaf lettuce, bean sprouts, carrots, in a rice paper wrap. I have two complaints-the first being the roll itself. Two of the three rolls weren't even wrapped, just kinda folded over so everything fell out. The second is that a majority of the roll was lettuce-iceberg, not green leaf. Like over 75% was just lettuce. Definitely disappointing and I wouldn't get again. I ordered the chicken pad se ew for an entree. The size is decent, it could definitely make two meals. The chicken was good, I liked the mushrooms and broccoli, and the noodles were well cooked. The sauce was a little bit greasy but it was good. I went with a medium heat and it was a little too weak for me. Next time I'll go hot. My boyfriend liked his chicken pad Thai. He got the hot level and I liked the spice on it. I'll definitely stop in the next time I want a noodle fix.

These people are those who think art must be perfect and forget nothing ever is. I digress, I'm sure you wish for me to get to food, service, and price. The food was amazing. I ordered the Tiger Cry Beef and the second the perfectly cooked, marinated, meat hit my tongue I wanted to weep. It was succulent, tender, and packed with flavor. All of this felt as if I had found myself, quite by accident, in an upscale restaurant where every bite would cost me a fortune...yet that was not the case.
