I completely feel confident this is definitely the shop to use if you really want your car looking like NEW and immaculately cleaned, with the "shine" restored.

Unfortunately I paid over $9,000 dollar for Full vehicle wrap and a paint correction. I should have suspected there was going to be an issue when they never sent photos of the paint correction. Charles from Wrapvault/Lusso told me all the right things but when I got my vehicle back it was an absolute disaster. There was sand and dirt underneath almost all the sections of the clear bra including the hood, roof, quarter panels , and rear decklid. There were some area where it looked like hair or fuzz was under the clear bra. There were clearly visible dark seam lines on the pillars of the car. The clear bra in front was already lifting off the front bumper. The carbon front splitter had clear bra on top but maybe half an inch below leaving the most vulnerable area completely exposed. As of now I will have to spend over 10,000 to repair what they have done.

Unequivocal Five Stars -- Arizona Bimmer Auto Werks: Scottsdale…read moreFrom my very first phone conversation with Randy, I knew my 2021 X3 was in the best of hands. I needed to replace my engine mounts, and not only did Arizona Bimmer Motor Werks offer a very competitive price, but Randy's knowledge and guidance were exceptional. He clearly explained the repair, walked me through potential future maintenance, and helped me understand realistic timelines -- something I truly appreciated. The shop itself is modern, spotless, and meticulously maintained, with a clean and comfortable waiting area. It's also very easy to find and conveniently located on E. Adobe Dr. Because I live several hours away, timing was critical, and Randy orchestrated everything perfectly. The work was completed exactly as promised, and the final bill matched the estimate he gave me over the phone to the dollar. I could not be happier with my decision to trust them with this repair, and I know I will be back. Randy and the team at the Scottsdale location have absolutely earned my highest recommendation. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you so much for taking care of my car

I took my car to this car wash and left absolutely furious. Not only did Tony do a sloppy job…read morecleaning, but he actually damaged my vehicle. He ripped up the driver's side Range Rover floor mat, exposing the nameplate and leaving it sticking up like a jagged piece of metal -- an obvious safety hazard. Completely careless and unprofessional. When I pointed it out, instead of taking responsibility, the front desk lady pulled out her iPhone and started recording me while denying any fault. The fact that they think a customer should accept their car being returned in such a dangerous, damaged condition is beyond outrageous. Because I've learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car's condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that's supposed to "detail" cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they're working on. Now I'm left with a repair that should never have been necessary. This business doesn't care about your car, your safety, or owning up to their mistakes. If you value your vehicle -- especially a luxury one -- do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

My car hadn't been washed in a while, and they were very meticulous and paid close attention to the details. You stay in your car until they vacuum the inside, then they have you step out and wait under a covered patio with a large fan, which was a nice touch. I was the first car in line and was done in about 30 minutes. I got there early before they opened, and by 8:55 AM there were already cars lined up behind me, which says a lot about their reputation. At the end, they have tip boxes set out for the crew, which I thought was a nice touch and a good way to show appreciation for their hard work. Everyone was very nice and pleasant, and the whole experience was efficient, thorough, and well organized. I'll definitely be back!
