Several years ago, I got purple contacts here and was thrilled because I couldn't get them anywhere else. Then life happened and I moved. Had some miserable experiences and bounced from one optical to the next. Fast forward to present day, I found myself down to my last pack of contacts and scrambled to find a place that could help me get the contacts I needed. I was using the Acuvue Moist 1-day lenses and heard about this new Acuvue Oasys 1-days but was hesitant on switching over because I was sure it would be too expensive. For peace of mind, I asked Dr. Katherine Wong to explain the difference between the two and help me weigh out pros and cons. We both agreed that the new Oasys lens would be much better for me but $$$ was a major factor. Just when I thought I'd be stuck re-ordering the old lens, they told me about a voucher I could use and turns out for a little bit more I could get the contacts I want! Natalie broke down the cost difference, applied my insurance and FSA, and made the transaction so easy. I even got some free trial lenses to hold me over until my order comes in. Received my contacts on time and exactly as promised. Needless to say, I'm once again so thrilled that I got the contacts I want and at a price I can handle. Couldn't be happier!

I observed her holding on to the cash and not putting it in the register while I was in the store and after I left. Take that how you want to, but seemed kind of questionable. Called another occasion, had me on hold. Then hangs up. I called back, said to hold on and give her a minute. Was on hold for 5 minutes, then I ended up just hanging up and calling someone else. Customer service and quality are below par. I recommend using another service if you expect what you're paying for.
