Had an appointment. The clinic has a large waiting room with lots of pet products for sale. The staff were friendly. We didn't wait very long for the tech to talk to us, then Dr. Bates walked in to see our cat. The cat has a lot of mucus when she sneezes. Allergies? Respiratory? After the exam the vet told us our options, to begin with an antibiotic. If no improvements were noticed, then she suggested doing a "panel" to be sent to a lab to dig deeper into the problem, checking fluids in throat, nose, and eyes for diseases or other issues. Our visit was $130. We will receive a call in two weeks to see if the cat has any changes with the antibiotic. Then go from there. Pet clean up. Restrooms. read more

I just wanted to thank the girl at the clinic who removed the staples from my dog's neck. She had surgery at a different vet clinic about 1/2 hour away and they forgot to remove 2 of the staples. My son takes his dogs to Napoleon Vet Clinic so he called them and she said to bring her in and they'd remove them for me, saving me the half hour drive. The young lady got her right in and removed them with no charge! Thank you so much for helping us out. It is greatly appreciated!! read more

I paid $130 for progesterone levels to be taken. I got a phone call stating it was too late to send them out but will be notified first thing on Saturday morning. I received no such phone call. I'm not a rocket scientist but I'm sure the levels will be way different when they decide to call on a Monday (4 days later)! Not impressed with this veterinary clinic at all!! read more

While we are awaiting our dogs to complete an at home quarantine before we can move them to Hawaii, one of our boxers had to undergo chemo for lymphoma. Having never met me because we are military and stationed in MD and moved to HI we sent our dogs to stay with family in OH and I found this vet through a referral from a friend, they graciously accepted to take on his treatment protocol. Unfortunately on July 23, 2014 it was apparent to us that he needed to be put down. Dr. Colliflower was his initial vet but was out of town for his weekly visit. Dr. Fedderke was in constant contact with us on this day. We were 6 hours behind EST zone. We finally made the decision at what was about 9p OH time. The vet never waivered she showed such compassion to us and to our almost 11 year old boxer. I can't thank her enough for patiently waiting and answering all of our questions until we made the tough decision to let our dog be at peace. Thank you to everyone at the Napoleon Veterinary Clinic that understood our unique situation and worked with us and helped us. I highly recommend them for their expertise but better yet for their compassion for our pet and for us. read more
