The visit was awful. The new vet was short and flippant, referring to the dogs as 'girlfriend' and then addressing me that way too! My husband and I exchanged glances and I excused myself and went out of the room to the counter. I asked for the managing partner and was told there wasn't one there. I asked who was in charge and was told the office manager was out til Monday. They asked what was wrong and I stated that our appointment was not going well as something was 'off' with the new vet. I wasn't sure if it was because one of our pups was a pitbull or what could explain it. They suggested I call Monday. I was hesitant to finish the appointment as the new vet was not listening to either of us when we answered her questions and she dismissed our concerns. To date I've not been able to speak with anyone about this. No one is ever available. Save yourself and your pets from the grief we experienced and if you go to @FountainCityVetrinaryHospitalBryanOhio don't subject yourself or your pets to the new vet! Unless of course you like being addressed as 'girlfriend' along with your pet!

They weighed her, gave her two shots and charged me almost $100!! There was no actual wellness exam done. I know what that is supposed to look like. We have had several cats over the years and have been to multiple vets, since we have lived in different states being military. Weighing the cat and giving her two shots does not constitute a wellness exam! Now poor Daisy has to go through this very stressful process once again so it can actually be done right. Called the next day and asked for either a refund for my office visit (so I could pay for an exam elsewhere), or that the other vet there would actually give her a wellness exam another day. They were not willing to make it right. Unbelievable! I am honestly at a loss for words at this point!! This place is obviously more concerned about making $ than in the health and wellbeing of your pet. I regret the day I even called this office to make an appointment.
