The Thieves gets no stars. My Wife was taken advantage when she went in to return a lease on her own. They charge her 6900.00 $ to return a lease. The Salesman Nick and Jace the Manager are both to blame for this bad deal, both are crooks. We have 10 years leasing car from Jeep and Dodge and this the last time we purchase anything from these manufactures going forward. These crooks say my wife can't afford the car she wants but she can afford all of the products they want to sell with the purchase of the new vehicle. 1300.00 extra gap insurance, 1200.00 for a tire and rim insurance, 400 for oil changes not once but twice on the bill of sale. 1200.00 for extended warranty. Came by and dropped off jeep for oil change. It did end up taking about 4 hours since it was very busy. Overall it's a decent place to keep up with your maintenance schedule of your vehicle. I really leaving poor reviews but the service department here is awful! Aside from their kindness, the service and communication is absolutely terrible. I brought my vehicle here to have an inspection done because I purchased it from another dealership. I had an appointment for 3 PM and was told I would need to leave it overnight. I was told I would have an update by noon the following day that did not happen after a number of attempted call calls and voicemail. I finally received a response around 330. They were just starting the inspection. We specifically asked about a number of things on the vehicle and were told as we were coming to pick it up that everything was fine and then when we got there, and miraculously the issues were not fixed.... Saw a car advised at this dealer on multiple sites. Price was listed at just over $12K. We got there, test drove the car and liked it and when we started talking price they showed it as $14K. When we pointed it out the salesman shook his head and said "this is always an awkward conversation: we have a $2K processing fee". That is on top of all the tax tag title and a $800 dealer fee. UPDATE: I was given an Estimate of over $4,000 to make repairs to my RAM truck. I was provided a video and photographs of the issue they identified. There was no way to verify the video or photos were of my vehicle as they were taken in a dark engine compartment. However, later I noticed the position of a clamp that I installed improperly had not been moved. In the photo the dealership showed me - the clamp had to have been removed (along with other parts) but was clearly in the same position I left it in. I disregarded their recommended service (as it was unnecessary), changed the coolant myself for $100, and have put about 2,500 miles on the truck since then without issue. In my opinion, they are conspiring fraudsters that purposely provide fake "evidence" in order to take advantage of their customers. I had my jeep towed in to be evaluated as the transmission seemed to be locked up. I am traveling in a Rv from Ohio and towing this jeep. I was advised the transmission would need to be replaced so we decided to purchase a new one. Upon arriving at the dealership (after 3 days of sales harassment by Max). Max met us in the parking lot and waved us to an area to park at service(he was on his phone), we didn't have clearance and we damaged our Rv. The manager yells at us for hitting her million dollar building but has zero concern for our 500,000 Rv that was damaged by this phone chatting Max employee. Well a long story here, the dealership then engages in many reasons why we are not allowed to "have/take" our jeep on this day because they don't know where it is, they don't know how we pay for the evaluation , they don't have the keys, and the best is an explanation that it's now safe to be on the road as it could break down and cause an issue for fellow drivers (liability) Well, I guess our traveling across states and not living local doesn't play into our need to grab our jeep nor the fact it can't be driven. I will update this if anything is resolved, but until now I'll share my experience. 03/20/2022 purchased my 2014 Jeep Patriot with 3 lights displaying. ABS, traction, and emergency brake showing. Before even qualifying for this vehicle I asked, will these dash lights be fixed. I was assured yes and that the part was on order. My check engine light comes on because of a connected issue (later found out through diagnostic it's ABS module). No one called me or had any record of a part(s) being ordered. Today 04/25/2022 - I had to pay 200.08 for a diag that was pointless because they already knew what was wrong with the vehicle... then sales nor maintenance would give me an email or direct line to speak with a manager. I'm so saddened, as I was recommended this place by a friend and it's turned out to be nothing but a headache.. and better yet an expensive headache. read more

Today 2/28/23 Simple oil change estimated wait 1.5 hours. After 1.25 hours I walk down by the shop to see where they are with the process. My car is still sitting outside, untouched after 75 minutes. I received a text 60 minutes ago stating my car "was in the shop being worked on". Lift car, remove drain plug, drop old oil, remove filter, replace filter, put drain plug back in and fill with oil. This takes 2 hours? Why do I make an appointment if they are not going to touch my car for 1.5 hours after my appointment time. ONCE AGAIN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!! It should be a 0 or negative stars for this review. I took to 2019 Jeep Cherokee on Monday for an A/C Diagnostic. The appointment was made on line and estimated $169. When I got there the service rep tells me it starts @$220. At the end of the day, they charged me $269 and said they had to recharge the A/C system and it was fine. I drove home and rode that night noticing no improvement so my wife took the vehicle next day to the dealer again. They could not see it then and made an appointment for Thursday. I went Thursday and my car stayed there all day. They just sent me a text to tell me it was ready. When I got there, they said the pressures were good and system ok. As we drove home we noticed no improvement and no cooling. I made an appointment at Firestone were the technician noticed it was not cooling just by getting the car into the shop area. They differential pressure was totally wrong, almost twice the standard. Now we are waiting on parts to fix the A/C but the diagnostic just cost me $61. We took our van into Napeton Dodge Chrysler in Clermont, Florida for service in early May. Electrical issues causing the dashboard to light up, none of the gauges to work, and the windshield wipers to run continuously. They told us it was the DVD player. $1500 to replace. We had them unplug it, instead. Diagnostic and labor: about $500. A few days later, the problem starts up again. We bring it in again. THIS time, they tell us it's the TIPM module. $1200 to replace. We sought out other, less expensive mechanics, but everyone we talked to said they wouldn't touch electrical. So we paid the money to get it fixed. We had a vacation scheduled for the first week in June and didn't have time to mess around. A few days later, we get the van back. The next day: the problem starts up again. We took the van in a THIRD time. One day, they said they had the technicians looking into the TIPM module again. Later, they said they were looking for approval from field engineers to replace the TIPM module. On the Fifth day without our car (on just this instance), they called to say "Sorry. We can't replicate the problem." After having the car for five days, and allegedly testing it out multiple times, they expect me to believe they had never been able to replicate. Uh huh. Sure. I reminded them we had a vacation scheduled and wanted to make sure the van would be okay. They said it would be. We got the van back, drove it around a bit with no problems, so we loaded up for vacation. Sitting in the driveway, getting ready to leave for vacation, and the van goes haywire again. That sound you hear it the background is my kids's disappointment over having lost the vacation we've been planning for over two years. Napelton Dodge Chrysler will not refund the nearly $2000 we spent on their inability to fix the vehicle. It's still not working. Vacation is cancelled, because we can't drive out there without a vehicle. Napelton offered to refer us to a rental agency. They weren't going to cover the cost, mind you. They were going to helpfully look up a phone number for us. As if we had never heard of Google. #ThanksNapeltonChrysler Way to go above and beyond. $2000 in "repairs." over $2500 lost on a vacation we can't go on. The leather dash on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland has come undone. Started wrinkling 6 months after purchase. Service kept saying that that's not under warranty. Car is kept in garage 5 days a week. What's worse is this is the second Cherokee in a row with the same problem. Our 2014 did the same thing. Seems it is a known problem but Jeep won't do anything about it. We've had 7 Jeep's in the last ten years. This will be the last one. Also, Cherokee stalled in road. Upon arrival after being told they could perform the work it was brought to my attention that because I didn't purchase rims and tires from them they are unable to install them after I already drove 40 minutes to the dealership.
