After switching out the gas cap, the light still didn't go off. We scheduled an appointment with them and they were kind and quick to get us in. They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. We will definitely be going back to Mikes!

ROBI IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM ARTIST! I took my car to this place after a phone call explaining that…read morethe cooling system needs bleeding and the car is not responding to the scanner to bleed the system due to some electrical problems and some other things that were all electrical related and the owner Robi said that electrical issues are his specialty. Instead of trying to figure out the cooling problem he wanted to charge me almost 4k to replace an audio amplifier which is not required for bleeding the cooling system and install 2 power seats. When I confronted him that a new amplifier coded to the car from dealer is half the price of what he wanted to charge me for a used one he started yelling and used profanity which I got on video and will be posting online. At that point all I wanted was to get my car out of there. I paid him for the time that he supposedly spent on the car and when he brought the car around the interior and parts of engine compartment were taken off and left inside the car and when I asked him why the car was in this condition he said you need to pay me to put it back together. This guy is a total scammer and probably just good for oil changes and brake jobs, then again I wouldn't even trust him with that either. Save yourself the aggravation and stress and take your car to a reputable repair shop.

It is unfortunate that it had to come to this. I have been giving business to this shop for 3 years…read moreand will never be returning. To start things off the receptionist at the desk is rude and unwelcoming. Robi the owner is unwelcoming and a negligent shop owner. We had a water issue with our Mercedes C250 where carpets needed to be removed and dried and a few electrical wires needed to be replaced. We took the car in July 18th after it wouldn't shift into gear. We were quoted $1300 to drain water and replace a few electronics. $1200 was just for labor. After 13 days we returned to the shop due to Robi telling us they never removed the back carpets and found more water. We asked to see the car and found all the carpets (shoved in a corner) drenched in water and covered in mold. Their idea of removing water was sprinkling some baking soda on the carpets and pushing them to the side (and charging 8 hours of work for that). He refused to treat the carpets properly and pushed us to use our insurance company (likely to get a hefty insurance payout) so we had to take them and work on them ourselves causing us to miss work and spend more money on supplies/rental car. After treating the carpets ourselves we brought them back to be put in and returned to pick up the car today 8/6/2024. Joey, someone I have worked with for 3 years, disregarded my wife's concerns and dismissed our issues with the service entirely. Robi proceeded to call my wife to yell at her and berate her saying we threatened and harassed their staff which was untrue. She simply asked for Robi in order to discuss the total charges given that the vehicle was misdiagnosed and we completed some of the work ourselves. We came into the shop in a very cordial and nice manner numerous times but were neglected by everyone on his staff. We feel taken advantage of, disrespected and disregarded. Safe to say we won't be returning and you should be wary using their services.

New location but staff is beyond green. Hearing them call out "I'm putting Oil in" "do you know…read morewhat kind that is" "no I have no idea but it's fine" was wild. The kids in the shop act incredibly unprofessional and one of the senior guys (Hunter maybe) kept reminding them, out loud, to "act professional". Worse the senior guy was losing his temper and yelling at them when they didn't know the car model pulling up each time. When the tech came to my window he shared the options available and pointed to the shop price board. I choose the economy option and he responded they don't have it. Interesting not to have the more affordable option at all. Checked out and when the tech came back with the paperwork he said we were finished and he would walk the car out. I reminded him I still needed my card. From there I waited another 30 mins more to be walked out. The tech said the service man was having trouble with the skid but then he whispered he took the wrong thing off and the tech responded "sometimes you have to take the wrong thing off to learn which one is right." I felt for bad service man who was struggling because he clearly needed help and no one around was trained enough to offer it. The oil change took almost an hour. Crazy disorganized for a new store and lacking mature skillsets. Avoid this place and you won't regret it.
