I would recommend caution when bringing your vehicle for service at this location. After paying over $3K for repairs, our vehicle was returned with incomplete work, unsecured components, and systems not functioning as billed. Serious issues were identified immediately, and less than 24 hours later our vehicle suffered a major mechanical failure resulting in a total loss of our vehicle. I contacted the Winter Garden, FL Firestone shop to schedule a Lube, Oil, Filter and Tire Rotation. My appointment was at 10:00. They pulled my car into the bay by 10:05 and completed my service within 45 minutes. I was out the door by 11:00. Great service and friendly staff. read more

Don't know about service. I went in and there were two people at the desk. They said they would be right with me. I don't know what kind of service they have but I know that their first impression sucks. I waited at the desk for over 15 min. They talked on the phone and went back and forth to the shop area. I needed an Oil change. They said 4 times I will be right with you. They continued to do everything but see what I needed. I had better things to do so I walked out. If a customer calls in the morning and you don't agree to make an appointment to come in and you tell them to come in and it will only be 2 hours. They then come in at the time they said and you still say 2 hours. Don't have them wait 3 hours then tell them their car is being pulled in and 30 minutes later still nothing. 4 hours wasted and car not touched after I was told 2 hours. Stop lying to customers. Don't make excuses when I ask for the key. If you were up front there would be no issue. Pretty simple and straight forward. read more

You having an appointment doesn't matter. Don't have anywhere else to go, you'll be there for hours after your appointment. Came in for just 2 tire replacements my car wasn't touch till 1:30 hr after my scheduled appointment. Sorry 3hrs for 2tires doesn't work for me. Oil Change on Ram Truck. 3013 miles (drop Off) Pickup 3043 miles. 139.00 plus. Asked why they stated the truck was dropped off with 3013 miles. They did not reset my oil light in the truck, and my dashboard settings were all messed up. Very poor quality and customer service. Police stated nothing that they can do. I needed an urgent tire repair as I had a large screw in the tire. I went to two close by tire centers who could not take me. I called 2 or 3 others who could not take me. I called Firestone and a very nice lady told me to come right in, it might take 2-3 hours but it would be done. And it was. I have a previous similar experience with Firestone in St. Augustine who were equally helpful. read more

I recently visited this Firestone location for an alignment. I have a modified Toyota 4Runner, so I recognize there are some additional challenges with working on my vehicle. Upon leaving Firestone, I received a notification that my pre-collision system was malfunctioning. Firestone attempted to recalibrate, but was unsuccessful. I brought the vehicle to Toyota and was told by the mechanic that Firestone failed to disconnect the sensor for the system before performing my alignment, resulting in what will be a $500 fix from the dealership. Very disappointed, especially since I was told that the tech at Firestone previously worked at Toyota. read more

Sunday after Thanksgiving, slow tire leak. George at the desk handled two phone lines, lots of walk ins, and appointment people like me smoothly, courteously, and quickly. He answered questions about my tire problem immediately and seriously. The guys doing the repairs seemed to hustle and I appreciated that they filled all tires up and did a quick test drive as part of a very reasonable fee. As a holiday weekend, the service was all the more excellent. I also like being able to make an online appointment so I am not just flying blind about time slot availability. Waiting area is nice, and having Dunkin Donuts and Dairy Queen next door isn't bad either. read more

This will be long; however, when giving such a low rating I feel it needs to be explained. I made an appointment and on the phone discussed that I had a wobble while driving over 50 MPH. On my arrival I waited over two hours. After paying $58.80 I drove home and never drove above 50 MPH. A few days later I did and the problem still existed. I called the store and immediately the employee was defensive. However I scheduled another appointment so they could look at it and see what was going on. I arrived and the employee asked what I wanted them to do. I said well, I was hoping you would fix what I already paid to have fixed and he immediately said well we balanced them as you asked. I said how is it I still have the wobble. He said that I didn't ask for them to fix the wobble just to balance the tires. I said what does my original check in say to do? And he said to balance them. I asked if it said anything at all about a wobble and he said yes it does but you only asked for a balance. I said I'll be going elsewhere for this to be fixed as apparently Firestone has no interest in fixing their mistake and he again became defensive. Funny thing, I went to a competitor and didn't mention anything about this and asked for them to inspect the car for the wobble. On check in the tech said well these two tires have no weights at all. And the other two have old weights. I asked if they could at all be from a week ago and he said there is no way. I asked if they could have fallen off and he said he would be able to see if that recent. So basically Firestone charged me for something they never did. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service, management, and all around common sense. I went to Firestone 14170 W Colonial Dr, Winter Garden, FL 34787 today for new tires and brakes and mentioned that I would also like the middle brake light changed because in a prior appointment with another store, they charged me but failed to change it. The bulb had a listed cost of $3.49 so I'm sure their cost was half. I was ready to spend $1,000 on tires and brakes and they lost my business over $3.49.... I will never go there ever again and I will be posting my experience anywhere I can so others are warned about this poor service. read more

Not only did he fit me in so close to closing but he went about in beyond to make sure my car was taken care of.
