This was a fantastic two-hour sunset tour on the Miss Naples catamaran. Our Captain Daniel and fFirst Mate Jackson were first class hosts! Jackson, specifically, was an exuberant and personable young man. I really enjoyed chatting with him. The Miss Naples tour takes you through Port Royal and then out to the Gulf to see an amazing sunset. The Captain tells you all about the area and plays fun music to set the mood. They have a cash bar offering beers, wines, spritzers and soft drinks, which was quite nice. There is also a small selection of snacks for purchase. Fought myself from giving a 2-star review vs a 3. Although Pure Florida was bought out, it was a better tour/boat ride than the Naples Princess. Pure Florida actually gave commentary and information on the houses along the way and who owns them. The brief commentary with Naples Princess had the gentleman mumbling and rushing to get done. There were two different rude staff members that we encountered and is what made me want to give a 2-star rating. They brought us a cake and said we ordered one. I politely said we did not order one that we ate prior to boarding. The staff member stormed off and gave us an attitude with his comments as he walked away. I looked at our reservation and when another staff member brought the cake back, I said "you're right, it was my mistake that I ordered a cake the night before without knowing how or why it happened." His comment, "I know I am right." They wouldn't refund it (fine), and in the box they put the cake in, wrote "not happy birthday." A short journey. Got some great photos. Enjoyed the evening. Seating is a table of six or one really long table in the middle where you sit across from your partner. All dinner cruisers sit on the lower floor with AC. Sunset cruise is middle floor, closed in with AC and an open deck. Then the top deck is open. Full Bars on first and second floor. You can go where you'd like. Bathrooms are on first deck. The front section seating at the front tip, lower section of the boat is the prime seating. read more

We had the honor of going on a sunset dinner cruise on the Naples Princess. It was our celebration of the temporary relief that we had from Covid-19 in 2021. Boy did it feel good to be out and about. However, they did still require masks. The mask wearing was a little baffling to me. Everyone boarded the boat with masks; but then immediately took them off once dinner began. The dining area on the boat was not open or ventilated. So, for most of the cruise, we sat in an included area without a mask. Luckily, no one in our group got Covid-19. Other than that, the dinner was spectacular! There was both chicken and prime rib along with string beans and potatoes. The dessert was an apple cherry tart. Boy was the dinner filling. We were actually stuffed! I believe that either the chicken or the prime rib would have been sufficient. The mansions along the waterway were something to see. One was bigger than the next. However, we saw very few people in them. Guess all were winter homes and most of the residents were gone for the summer. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect ending to a perfect evening. We purchased the pictures when we disembarked so that we would remember our evening. Thanks so much. Chris and I purchased the evening sunset cruise. Purchasing tickets online from their website was easy and intuitive. The boat used for the tour is large, clean and feels like a private yacht. We loved the ability to order food and cocktails from the bar. They offer a full sit down dining experience as well but we chose the basic package and loved it. They have free parking immediately adjacent to their building however it is limited and I suggest that you arrive at least one hour prior to departure or take Uber. Arriving early also gives you the best opportunity to get a table and chairs on the top deck for the best views. Even with reduced capacity for Covid it seemed fairly crowded and there wasn't enough seating for everyone that wanted a table. Chris and I arrived early and grabbed a table right at the railing of the upper deck. It was perfect! The weather was perfect for our cruise and we thoroughly enjoyed the two hour cruise viewing the mansions, the mangrove preserve and the beautiful sunset out in the gulf. The cruise goes past Naples pier and then makes a turn to return back to the marina. This small ship is our first choice because it has full service food and bar service as well as ample clean bathrooms. Our cocktails were the "rainbow in paradise " and they were delicious!! The two hour duration is perfect. The staff is friendly and thanked everyone for our business. We recommend this cruise company!! read more

4 of us went on the Valentine Day luncheon cruise. The tables were set nicely and the bar tender was very courteous. But, the lunch left much to be desired. The salad and roll were both good. The actual lunch was a plain chicken breast with crab and cheese. The chicken was not appetizing at all. Very bland. The vegetables were fine. It would have been nice to have someone on deck pointing out famous person's homes and maybe other interesting facts on the area instead of just riding through and looking at the homes. Even if they mentioned how hurricane Ian affected the area, it would have added a little entertainment. In addition, there was a woman and her husband celebrating their anniversary. The more she drank, the louder she became. She also started an argument with her husband as the cruise ended. It would have been nice if the bar tender had stepped up and spoken to the women about disturbing the other guests. . The trip was rather disappointing and I don't believe we will go again next year unless the luncheon is upgraded. We had originally booked a midday cruise on Miss Naples, but it was cancelled 2 hours before departure because there wasn't enough passengers. We were allowed to switch to the sunset cruise, we were NOT disappointed!! Only 6 passengers aboard a 52-person catamaran. Pros: Fantastic staff. Captain Marty and Captain Dolby were GREAT people to talk to, knowledgeable, and clearly love their job. They took their time, and didn't mind sailing for over the allotted 2 hours. Cheap price for a 2 hour catamaran tour! $39 each. Cons: - We were not allowed to sit on the 'trampoline' or 'net' part of the boat, apparently due to coast guard rules. We thought we'd be going out on the Gulf for a sunset trip, but we were largely driven around the Port Royal inlets to ogle at the big houses. It was kind of creepy to fishbowl these homeowners. We went out in the Gulf eventually, but for only a few minutes to see the sun go down, then turned around and ran straight up river to port. The dinner was served inside a dining room with no working air conditioning. The sun beat in like a greenhouse. Most uncomfortable. The dinner was not a gourmet fine dining experience, as advertised. The vegetables had once been frozen, the roast beef overdone. The dessert had once been packaged/frozen/reheated as well. The meal was okay, but more like the food you'd get at a seminar or convention banquet. In sum, if you'd like a boat ride, go that route...but skip the dinner experience....just do the cocktail cruise. read more

I had taken me a long time to come back here and write this review. The start, the boat is gorgeous. You can tell they do a great job with keeping it nice and clean. There are tons of people on board checking on your to make sure you're happy with your ride. They have two bar areas were you can get a drink, and food menus were you can order food. Here's the thing... we were suppose to go out to the Gulf of Mexico and they didn't take us.... nor did they announce over the PA system. They sailed only around port royal. This was extremely upsetting since we paid specifically to go out into the gulf. I guess I'm tainted since I went on the Sweet Liberty Catamaran and WOW. What an experience. Honestly, if you want a true experience go on the Sweet Liberty. The Naples Princess is not great and a true waste of your hard earned money. read more

It was a chilly evening and we were happy to find they had heat. A lot of reviews about having AC but nothing about heat. We were very comfortable inside on the main floor. The upper deck was a little chilly but so beautiful at night. Lots of lighting. You barely felt the water beneath you and it was a very smooth ride. We saw dolphins swimming alongside our ship having a good time. The food was good and the staff was attentive. The wait staff handle the food and complimentary drinks but there is a bartender you need to see for cocktails that are not included in your dinner/cruise price. We boarded on time and left the dock straight away cruising through Port Royal and admiring the homes. We couldn't hear what was being said over the loudspeaker but I believe he was giving us some information on the area. There was a huge birthday party happening and the festivities made it difficult to hear but we didn't mind. My group enjoyed the food and drinks and we had a lovely time. We didn't want to disembark. The fun atmosphere was invigorating and we didn't want the night to end. We will definitely go again. Maybe next time during the warmer months when the daylight lasts longer. read more

I rented the Bow area for our group. She helped with all the personal touches to our party area and bringing my vision to a reality.
