I went on this cruise yesterday and brought a couple of friends with me. Learn from our mistake: Get there 15 minutes early!! Cpt. Kelly & Cpt. Kyle on our trip. I can't say more positive things about these two. They have a great sense of humor and an even better playlist. It is easy to be nervous because the boat has people you don't know but the boat is big enough to social distance, but you might not want to. By the time we got back to shore I had laughed and toasted with new people and connected with my friends. Cool beans allowed us to let loose, sit in front of one of the biggest ships on the island watch the dolphin pods, laugh and drink until sunset. we want to go again today that's how good it was. We had two families, including kids, and had an amazing time on the catamaran. Captain Patrick and Kyle were fun, helpful, and courteous. The kids were lucky to drive the boat a bit, and they were good sports with the older teenagers too. We saw lots of dolphins, and swam to an island beach where there were tons of shells. Kyle recommended a nearby restaurant for afterwards that was delicious too. This was the highlight of our trip! read more

Jack always made sure we had plenty to drink and Captain Dan paused long enough for us to enjoy watching lots of playful dolphins. We had the best time on the Pontoon cruise with Captain Dave! The communication was easy and smooth from the beginning as well as a text reminder the day before. The arrival instructions were easy to follow and we were greeted as soon as we arrived. We saw dolphins playing in the Bay as soon as we left the dock! We took a ride around the Mangroves and learned a lot of information about the area, nature, & animals we saw along the way. Captain Dave took us over to the more secluded end of Keewaydin Island where we walked a short path over to the Gulf side. The water was beautiful. We saw iguanas and a turtle on our path. We swam and collected shells for about an hour and then headed back to the boat for a scenic ride back in. We passed some beautiful houses on the Isle of Capri and learned some history. Book the Miss Naples instead. It's a bigger, more comfortable and nicer boat, there aren't as many rules other than required by law. Also, the route of the Miss Naples is more scenic. The Miss Naples captain isn't rude and confrontational with paying customers. I was on board recently when he became angry and beligerant with my husband and ME. The group couldn't believe what they were witnessing. He listened in on a private conversation and began berating us, in front of all of our friends, when he could have had a private conversation about a non-situation. Someone had to step in and tell the Captain to LET IT GO! Utterly disrespectful, unprofessional and should be FIRED. Witnessed by many. What a disgrace. Spend your money on Miss Naples. We've had many wonderful, warm nights on THAT catamaran and will only be patronizing them. You have a choice. Don't pay a fortune to get verbally abused and ruled to death. read more
