Everything, from the nearly painless and smooth IV start on my difficult veins to the ease of waking up from sedation and the surgical tech helping me get settled with my husband was a seamless and easy process, very skilled doctor and staff. Once home, I have been following all instructions provided and the recovery has been a breeze.

They collapsed her vein and we had to reschedule, we came back weeks later and got them removed only to get a surprise bill later stating we owed $600 then a second bill saying we owed $300 after the first. Plus a text after the 2 bills saying it was $560. Fast forward to February we get a text saying we owed $451. So we paid $451 just to be done with them and they called us back immediately saying that the balance due was incorrect and they would call us back to tell us the correct amount. They never called us back so i called and they said the same thing of they would get back to us after an audit. They actually did call back and say they would refund everything we paid because my insurance covered it all. But now it's been 3 weeks since they said that and no refund has been given. Called today and they don't even answer the phone.

I was really surprised how much they thought about small details, in the restroom they even have disposable toothbrushes you can use if you're coming straight from work. What I appreciated most is how they take care of their patients after treatment. They called me several times to check how I was feeling, and they also offer a free follow-up visit to make sure everything is healing the right way. I know some people said in reviews that the Dr. Regina is very straightforward, and that's true. But to me, that shows her confidence and professionalism. It never felt cold or lacking empathy, it just felt like she wanted to be clear and precise. I had a very complicated case with a root canal and an abscess. The treatment was done in a few steps, and now a month after getting my crown everything feels great. They even showed me the X-rays, and you can clearly see that the abscess in the bone is healing. That gave me a lot of confidence because you can actually see the progress. The clinic itself is spotless, and the equipment looks brand new. They also do small things to keep you comfortable, like giving you a blanket if you're cold, and there are TVs even on the ceiling so you can watch something during the procedure. The actual treatment was very thorough. They spent about 15 minutes cleaning the canal to get rid of the infection, which I haven't seen in other places. They also used something called the slow wave method, and I think that really helped my healing. I also want to say a special thank you to the front desk girls and to the dental assistant Ekaterina. They made my visit very pleasant, calm, and painless Prices may be a little higher, and it's best to check which insurance they take. But in my opinion, the quality of treatment is worth it. I had a tough case, and everything turned out great.

I am so sad that the billing team is so incapable of submitting my bill properly because the doctor…read moreand facility is great. First the staff submitted my bill under the wrong name, then they said they couldn't find me in the delta dental system, after having looked me up before my appointment. Then when I called delta dental I came right up with the same info I provided to the dentist. So I gave them all the info again. They are still billing me the full amount 2 months later. It is very sad that your billing staff can't get their stuff together because I love the dentists and back office staff. However because of your billing team I will not be back. Not to mention your front staff adds optional things to estimates without telling you they are optional. For example I was given an estimate that had about $200 in optional "insurance" on your work that is not covered by the dental insurance and your staff never mentioned it being optional until I saw and questioned it. Not to mention why does your work need to be insured. If you do it right the first time it should be fine and if something goes wrong because if your error you should be paying for that, not the customer. Anyways. Get your billing under control. The billing team is putting a stain in your great back office staff. Sadly I won't continue to see a dentist that I like if I have to call billing multiple times to get them to get things right. I just won't.

Unfortunately, my experience at Aspen Dental was disappointing…read more I scheduled an appointment to adjust my loose partial upper denture, and since the office was aware of the issue beforehand, I expected adequate time for proper evaluation and adjustment. The assistant was kind and professional, but the dentist was not particularly friendly. My partial was sent back and forth to the lab multiple times, yet the person making the adjustments didn't see how it fit in my mouth until the end, which made the process feel ineffective. As the appointment went on, I felt increasingly rushed, and the focus seemed to shift toward replacing the partial rather than fixing it. I ultimately settled for a fit that was still unsatisfactory because I didn't feel comfortable asking for further adjustments. Cleanliness was also a concern. After disinfecting my partial, the assistant repeatedly handled it with bare hands before giving it back to me to place in my mouth, which felt unsanitary. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. While the assistant was pleasant, the dentist's demeanor, the rushed experience, and the handling of my dental appliance mean I won't be returning. My rating: 2 out of 5 and that is being generous.

I was in the chair for 3 hours while the doctor kept leaving me to work on other patients. She did this 3-4 times. When she got to the build up for the temporary crown, some of the anistetic had worn off and she had to give me another shot to deaden it. When she got to the build up, she seemed to be in a huge hurry to get done. Needless to say, I was not happy. Although I am not the type of person to complain and make others feel bad, she didn't give me the feeling of giving me the attention necessary to finish in a timely manner. I'm afraid that I made a mistake in choosing this practice for my dental needs. UPDATE: I wanted to update my review. I received my crown on my tooth and, today, I felt very much like a valued patient. The Dr and her staff really made me feel valued and they showed me how kind and professional that they are. I wanted others to know that my issue may have been a one time issue. Nevertheless, I was very appreciative of them.

THANK YOU DR. FARST!!…read more I went to Rose Dental in Round Rock last year and was told that I had $2800 worth of dental work that I needed. I couldn't believe that I would ever need 4 crowns, a two-step deep cleaning, and that I had a cavity on top of all that. I just felt like something wasn't right. Unfortunately, I had to wait several months until my insurance changed before I could see an out-of-network dentist. It was so worth the wait. I went to see Dr. Farst thinking that I had atleast a few issues going on with my teeth. the hygenist took my digital x-rays, then only recommended a regular cleaning on my teeth. She promptly cleaned my teeth, and the polished them. Dr. Farst came in and evaluated my x-rays, and said that I looked fine, and only recommended that we keep an eye on one tooth in the future for a crown, and I did not have a cavity. I was so grateful. I am going to keep going back. It is a great office with great staff. I couldn't have been more pleased. I thank them for their honesty!! DON'T EVER USE ROSE DENTAL.
