I was looking for a last minute rental and I called Kelly and she said that she could not only help me out, but she would deliver AND pick up the bikes the next day. Ebikes are heavy, so this is a huge reason to work with her. She walked me through how to book online which wasn't that hard, so I probably should have figured that out myself! She was friendly and updated me via text as to her arrival. She came to deliver the bikes with her husband Scott who was also great to work with. They walked us through how all the settings work. It comes with a comfortable helmet and a great lock. They arrived right on time to pick the bikes back up...could not have been easier! I could not be happier with working with them! My husband and I rented electric bikes from this company yesterday and couldn't be happier. Kelly was extremely responsive to emails and texts. In addition, she delivered the bikes on time and carefully explained how to use the bikes. They also included some "extras" at no cost that made the day much easier - bike locks, helmets, a water bottle holder, and a small case to carry wallet, keys, etc. After she explained the bikes to us and helped us set them up so they were sized correctly, she also gave us some suggested routes for the day. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! It was so seamless and easy to pick out my state of the art E bike online. So many choices and different options for every kind of rider. Kelly was wonderful to work with and very responsive by email and text. Super friendly and did a wonderful job explaining operation, safety and how the bikes worked. Provided helmets, locks, and a water bottle. Bikes are PRISTINE, top condition and spotless. Super flexible on drop off at our house, gave great suggestions for rides in Naples. Riding the bike each day to the beach and around the trails was the highlight of the day! Feeling the sun and breeze!! Actually ran into Kelly a few times and chatted with her while on my daily bike rides; super sweet! Pricing was very competitive and better than other local bike rentals with more options PLUS the fact that Kelly is so attentive and drops/picks up the bikes right at your door step for free, it's a no brainer!!!! The other local bike rental in town that we used before charge for drop off and pick up and don't have flexibility on when they drop off so that fact that Kelly is local and is super flexible, HUGE PLUS!!!! I have an e bike at home and some of the items, the lock, mirrors, handle bar bag that I really liked, Kelly took the time to send me each of the individual links so I can purchase as home.
