Once we started and saw the retaining wall was intact, he adjusted the price down accordingly. He wasn't pushy at all, with the exception of the retaining wall adjustment, the price never changed. Ozinga, the cement company, claimed that there was no problem with the mix that was delivered to my home. The crew sent to my home trashed my landscaping.
