Update 2/2026:, Le…read moreChocolat du Bouchard is still, after all these years, one of my favorite places to indulge in something wonderful. What began in my mind as a temple of decadent desserts has evolved beautifully. The Bistro now serves inspired French fare, Croque Monsieur and Madame, baked French onion soup, sweet and savory crêpes, and other thoughtfully prepared dishes. It's no longer just about chocolate, though let's be honest... the chocolate still reigns supreme. This time I visited with a friend and her absolutely adorable 2.5-year-old -- a tiny human with a very serious devotion to chocolate. Watching her delight in each bite might have been sweeter than the desserts themselves. Elegant, cozy, timeless. A place that manages to feel both special and familiar at once. And yes, still a little dangerous for anyone who claims they'll "just have one bite."

With a small space, they've done a creative and beautiful job. This being their grand opening (second day open), people are already visiting and tasting mouth watering pastries. Cathy Bouchard, the owner, and Jody Michalski, the General Manager, greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm. The women behind the counter were helpful as they learned more about each pastry. What a delight! I was privy to a short education on the new drink that exploded with a tropical fruit taste and a hint of chocolate. You've got to try that and when they begin selling it, buy it, you won't be disappointed. They have a delectable mini key lime pie that is seasonal and to die for. Go and check it out, you'll love it. Buy some sweet pastries and let them know Keith sent you. Don't be shy, you never know what you'll get.

This is heaven for chocolate lovers!!!…read more My husband and I arrived early in Geneva to meet someone for dinner. We wanted to get a quick drink before dinner and didn't have very high expectations. I ordered the hot chocolate and my husband ordered a mocha coffee. The drinks were phenomenal. I was blown away. This was by far the best hot chocolate that I've ever had. It was rich and thicker than your typical hot chocolate. My husband's coffee was rich and had a bold coffee flavor. I can't wait to go back and try more chocolate creations. One note, although the drinks we had were fantastic, they were not cheap. Expect to pay premium prices for a premium experience. The interior of the All Chocolate Kitchen deserves it's own Yelp page. There were many huge chocolate statues, creations, and art pieces. Everywhere you look, your senses are engaged. You would probably have to spend several hours here to do justice to the decor. This is a feast for the eyes as much as for your stomach.
