There's only one review that's recent in the past 4-5 years. The owner who lives in Seattle, is very nice. But lives in Seattle, not Napa. The model for Napa Pet Care simply didn't work for us. It is all app based messaging and lacked the personal touch I wanted in a pet care service. Even when I called to speak to someone I was redirected to app based messaging. There was not even an online option to book a meet and greet appointment. I'm sure it works for some people but I preferred the Petz R Family 2 model where a human comes to meet your pet before you book any services. read more

Jesslynn and her team are the BEST. I am in Chicago and my flight was canceled due to a snow storm, delaying my return home by almost two days. Naturally, I panicked thinking about Arthur, Bella, Teddy and Sophia. I immediately called Jesslynn and messaged Amanda and both were quick to reply they would be happy to accommodate the additional 60 minute visits until I am back. I am so grateful for their immediate response which reduced my stress level tremendously. Jesslynn and Amanda have been so wonderful and helpful with my rescue, Ollie! I came to Jesslynn right after adopting for help with basic obedience training. Ollie came to us quite nervous and shy. Jesslynn has taught us so much about building our dog's confidence with basic obedience training. She is very knowledge about dog behavior and treats them with lots of care and respect. We have also started pack walks to help build up Ollie's confidence around other dogs and also improve her loose leash walking. We've definitely seen a difference in her loose leash walking with us and she seems to really enjoy her pack walks. It's been immensely helpful in socializing Ollie while we are sheltering in place. She is a much less nervous and shy dog because of it. Communication is really smooth and all handled through their app. We also live for the photo updates, they are so adorable. Ollie has a long way to go in her training but Jesslynn has definitely helped set us up for success in the long run, we would have been lost without her! read more

Jesslyn is AMAZING. We were visiting Napa for the day and last-minute needed a sitter to watch our 6mo old labradoodle Filbert. We contacted her the day before and she responded promptly. We were able to set up a meet and greet for the next day at our hotel (the Andaz) in the morning for 30minutes before leaving our pup with her. She's super friendly and knows a lot about dog training as well (I believe she has 8 years of dog walking/training experience previously). Throughout our spa day, we were receiving photos and updates about their activities through the Pet Care app - which was definitely nice to have. The nice thing about Jesslyn and her services is that she can come to your hotel. We had a lot of trust that she could take care of Filbert as well as trust her staying in our hotel room when they had breaks from walking/playing. For a couple who has never boarded/left their dog alone - this was an amazing first experience. THANK YOU JESS!!! read more

Well, I contacted this company based on reviews, and initially received a courteous us and professional response back. I filled out a new client response form, and got an auto response saying that someone would contact me on a few days. Sent a message back through yelp stating I filled out the client form. Nothing. This was around the holidays, so thinking I may not have done it correctly, filled out another form. Got an auto response from that too. Nothing. I sent another message (can't remember if it was through the Website or the Yelp message center again but... Nothing. Because of all the great reviews and my experience with small businesses in Napa, I was counting on this business. Needless to say, they lost out on at least 4 days a week at 1-2 hours a pop. Minimum $120/week, maximum $240/week. I'm sure they're perfectly fine without my business but still frustrating nevertheless. read more

I have two rescues from Romania that came with a LOT of very bad habits. Jesslyn has been just amazing helping me to train the dogs; her methods are gentle, humane, and incredibly effective.
