I would like to give my glowing recommendation and praise to who I would call my friend and pet…read moresitter Melissa Bush. Melissa has been my pet sitter for almost 5 years. I completely trust her with the care of my fur baby, 100+ pound lab/Rottweiler mix, Patton. Melissa is not only honest, reliable, flexible, and available at short notice or emergency situations, she also showed enormous love and compassion for Patton. My dog LOVES Melissa, looking forward to her visits he gets excited at the mention of her name. Her rates are very reasonable for the services she renders. In fact as a busy person who feels quite guilty leaving my dog in the care of another, I love getting off work to find a text from Melissa updating me on how Patton's day was with her. I have complete trust in her being in my home and having access to my house key. Melissa always does exactly what is asked of her and shows interest and knowledge in my dog, alerting me to potential medical or behavioral problems. Patton has had a few medical issues throughout his short life, and she is great at giving him his meds and keeping an eye on his progress. My dog needs the comfort of his own home and really doesn't like the kennel/day camp situation. Melissa relieves this stress on me and and for him by providing exceptional service at an affordable rate. Her never ending love and concern for my dog will never be forgotten. I would like to invite anyone with any questions or concerns to please send me an email.

There's so many positives about Aardvark's. We take our 6-yr old cocker spaniel (see attached…read morephoto) to daycare at minimum 1x week & it's the best thing for us & our fur baby. Here's our review: The staff is very knowledgeable, kind & very loving towards our baby & our family. I always feel comfortable leaving her w/ the staff whether it's for a full day or overnight visits. Our dog loooooves the staff. Maybe it's the treats LOL - Either way, she's in good hands. The cost is reasonable, in comparison to other mobile daycare providers. I prefer consistency, and Aardvark provides that. The staff and owner are very professional. What I loved most was the "progress report" the owner provided me one day. It warmed my heart to know how involved the owner is & how comfortable my pup has become with the other dogs. I also like how they have separate areas for the large, small & medium pups & lounge area for pups that may be older & want to be left alone. There's a space for everyone ! The location/facility is HUGE & is conveniently located on Mare Island. If you're looking for a safe daycare facility for your fur baby , look no further - schedule your consultation. It was the best thing for us.

My puppy was boarded one time before Lorna and he didn't eat or drink water all day..So with Lorna was the second experience. Her place is very clean, with a comfy, warm feeling - nothing similar to a regular daycare. Lorna is so so nice and knows a lot about dogs I received texts and updates about Astro, he ate! Drank water and curled up into a bed. Nothing compared to the first experience. Lorna is a dog whisperer and I wish I would have something similar in NJ but that will never happen.. it's obvious Lorna loves dogs and pays a lot of attention to them! Hope to be back soon!

We dropped Duchess off for 3-4 hours mid-day for each of our 3 days in Napa. From our first phone conversation, Lorna helped me to feel confident and comfortable leaving my dog. Duchess could play, nap, bark, and run about with tiny Fiona and the pugs, and we didn't have to feel guilty or leave her alone in our hotel room. For Animals Sake Resort provided just the sort of doggie day care that we like - where it feels like "home," with lots of love and attention (and NO crates). Lorna is a very intuitive, knowledgeable, compassionate dog-lover, and she made us and our dog feel right at home. The facilities for the dogs are clean, safe, shady, comfortable, and cozy. Lorna's dogs were very easy-going and easily accommodated Duchess in their pack. Every afternoon when we drove up, Duchess was resting contentedly with the other dogs, up on the window-seat cushions enjoying the view of the birds and the yard. We were all happy to have found For Animals Sake Resort on Yelp.

They will literally go up and beyond to take care of your furbabies (or other type of creature child of yours) the way you want them to be cared for. They take photos during the walks/playtime to share with you, have open communication through an app with all the walkers, they slowly introduce your babies to new walkers and are very cautious about pack walks or individual walks. Super accommodating and understanding. They've never had a puppy client before and they were so gracious enough to help us with our 7 week old pit girl. They'd been walking our 7 month old pit boy for a couple months now and with no hesitation, took on our girl. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for a group of people like them. I have serious trust issues, especially with who cares for my furbabies. I'm super picky so I don't just hire a random walker from Wag! Or Rover. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're a good fit for other dog owners, but from what I've experienced...no thank you. Before beginning services with VPS you meet Tye (the owner) and when you do, you just know you've found someone who truly cares for animals and is careful in choosing his walkers for his clients. I'm completely content with VPS and highly recommend them for anyone living in Vallejo and wherever else they provide services.
