After looking for months…read morefor a white 2026 X5 (loaded) with white interior, I walked into the Devon location 3Days before Christmas and bought what I had been searching for right from the showroom floor (but with black interior). Sales Manager Frank Muto demonstrated his business savvy AND much appreciated sense of humor with this weary and cranky buyer. Sales Specialist Drew Wendle was patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get me into my new vehicle that very day. Even Joe, the Technology Genius, made sure I was up to speed with the cool BMW tech features before leaving the lot. This was my second purchase from BMW/Devon and I made both purchases with confidence of a reputable dealership AND a BMW Ultimate Driving Machine! Thanks Again! Pat W

I made it very clear that if this is the way your going to do business, I will go elsewhere. His tone changed and we finalized the deal. Now the horror show begins... It was an out of State purchase so the tags needed to come from a different state. We traded a car in and it should have been an easy plate transfer. On the recommendation of Noel, the biz guy he indicated that it would be easier to get new plates. So we leave the dealership on temp 60 day PA paper plates and waited well over 60 days and no plates. Endless calls, Stories,,blah blah and finally, one we threatened the dealer with legal action did we see the plates. Of course they blamed a third party for all of the issues but we know better. Sad, as we would have bought another vehicle through them but they burned that bridge! caveat emptor!

The worst customer service. How is this a luxury car dealership? I've used this place for service…read moreseveral times. Every time, even though I have an appointment, the service is not even STARTED the same day! They sometimes offer a loaner, but that doesn't help me because I have my kids' car seats in my vehicle. If you can't keep an 8:00 am weekday appointment, you need to let the customer know so they can make other arrangements. They don't proactively offer updates either-- it's always me calling 6 hours later, only to find out they just started and can't stop the maintenance so that I can pick up my vehicle that night if I need it. I don't know how this place is still in business.

This was a serious administrative error that understandably caused concern. To be fair, both my sales representative and the Finance Director acknowledged the mistake and apologized professionally, even providing the error in writing as I requested. My issue is specifically with the General Manager, Randy Clements. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting a conversation regarding this very serious issue, Mr. Clements never responded to me at all. No return call, no email, and not even a simple apology from him, after the dealership received such a substantial purchase from me. As a black female customer, paying a substantial amount in cash for a car via his dealership, being completely ignored by upper management after an error involving incorrect legal vehicle documentation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen at any dealership. What matters is how leadership handles them. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer care from the General Manager left a very negative impression.I intend on making sure that no one I know conducts any business at this MB location. I have logged a complaint with Mercedes Benz Corporate.

TL;DR: They seem like nice people who can damage your car or make it unsafe by improperly torquing…read morethe lug nuts, as they did twice with my car. Tires were also overinflated to random pressures. They're highly reviewed and seem like nice people, so maybe my experiences are the outlier. You decide. LONG VERSION: Some needed context: I check my lug nuts after every service because years ago another shop returned a car with lug nuts so loose that I had to pull over because the wheels were making noises as I drove home. Anyway, United Tire had a promo for a free alignment and could install tires the next day. I'd gotten an alignment and tire rotation there a few years ago but they didn't tighten the lug nuts properly - almost every one needed to be tightened. One wheel's lug nuts were so loose I could turn some by hand. I called and Lenny was apologetic and thanked me for letting him know and said something to the effect of "Ugh, I just talked to him about that!", so it seemed like an ongoing thing but I hoped they'd gotten it sorted out by now. Fast forward to now and after getting home I checked the lug nuts and they were WAY too tight this time. The spec is 94 ft-lbs, and my torque wrench doesn't measure breakaway torque, but with 14-in breaker bar it took almost all of my 185lb weight to loosen them. I jacked up each wheel and loosened and re-torqued them all, alternating between nuts and loosening in tiny increments to avoid snapping them. Unfortunately, one stud probably needs to be replaced because it has damaged threads that bind. The tires should be inflated to 32 PSI, but when I checked them cold the next morning they varied from 35-39 PSI. So another thing I needed to redo. United Tire offers lifetime tire rotation and while that sounds great, I don't know if I can take advantage of it. It doesn't save money to get free tire rotation but then need to replace damaged studs or lug nuts. If they could just tighten lug nuts properly, I'd probably keep going there. But they failed twice in different ways. And if they can't torque lug nuts, can I be sure the alignment was done right? After the free alignment I need to keep the steering wheel turned a little in order to go straight. It wasn't like that before. Every nut or bolt on a car can be over or under-torqued. This is the most basic stuff and unfortunately they've disqualified themselves for me. But maybe I'm the outlier.
