I gave 5 starts to this dealership before however this time want to share my last year experience at this dealership since the management changed. About a year ago it was sold to a new owners which completely change the service in a bad way. I have 4 Maserati vehicles and tried to change the oil left so many massages. Nobody bothers to call you. When I purchased my vehicles there was a clause in my documents about their VIP service to bring or pick up a car in case anything happens with that. So had at least 5 incidents with electronic issues. Tried to reach service manager and again nobody called me back. Finally I decided to go yo another Maserati since this people don't care about customers. The dealership is empty nobody wants to use them any longer. Don't waste your time! read more

He was quick to provide helpful answers to all my questions, even on his days off. After I made the purchase, I ran into difficulty with the transport company that I had selected becoming non-responsive to my inquiries. When Robert became aware of that, he jumped in aggressively on my behalf attempting to "encourage" the transporter to behave in a professional manner. And he did that even though the transportation mess was not of his making. Anyone considering a purchase of a vehicle from Maserati on the Main Line would do well to seek out Robert's assistance. On June 12 at 7:04 pm, I was driving home in a 2019 Levante GranSport with 104 miles and absolutely excited. I purchased this car from Criswell Maserati in Germantown, Maryland. The staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating. This experience was the complete opposite from the experience that I painfully endured from Maserati of The Main Line, Devon, PA. At Maserati of the Main Line, I am still confused as to what happened! In their inventory, there was a 2019 Levante Basic for 57,900. I went through Maserati Finical  because I wanted to take advantage of their 1.9 interest rate. Unfortunately, it went south from there. So, I was told that I was approved for a Tear 2 at 4 percent APR. I was told that I needed to leave a deposit but was never  told how much to put down during a 4 hour period of waiting. I initiated phone calls to the salesmen to understand the status of my loan. I was hassled about putting an unspecified amount of money down. This seemed like a stall tactic to not sell me the vehicle. Neither Rick (the salesperson) or Chase (finance manager?) never communicated to me the terms of the loan. Howbeit, they ignored me and devalued my consumer ability. Therefore, I went to Criswell Maserati and purchased an amazing 2019 Levante GranSport with 100 miles and no money down! And because of their amazing service, my car was Cilajet, completed paperwork, car detailed, oriented (professionally) on the warranty, purchased premaintaince plan -all in less time than the conversation took at Main Line where I left with no car, nothing! Oh, I still haven't heard from a salesperson (24 hours later). This was a HORRIBLE experience.  This review is two fold, 1, I thank God for a better car from a great place (Criswell) at a great price. 2, My hope is that Main Line  management actually reviews these comments and provide better service for everyone who comes looking for a car,for any car. read more

The WORST customer service we've ever experienced. Ever. Specifically by Josh. And he's the manager!! To the point that other family members have spoken to him on our behalf. We NEVER receive communication from him about our car when we have to return it (4 times in a row now) to be fixed or refixed (when it was returned to us with the same problems after Josh had our car for 6 weeks without a loaner or a rental voucher). Instead, after days and often weeks (we're into our third this time around), WE have to ask JOSH for an update. We've tested that communication pathway by being silent, but after 10 days of no update, we had to call. Worse yet, Josh is rude, argumentative (even when we got our car back with the same issue for which we dropped it off - a simple push of a button would have confirmed the repair), and accusatory (Josh literally accused us of lying about that repair and about other things). Yes, our car is a luxury brand, which most people might argue gives even more reason to be upset. But I expect good customer service no matter what brand of car I drive. My first car was a beat up Chevy Chevette with a hole in the floorboard, and I received far better service than what we've received at this place. read more

They are rah-rah to get you in a car, then once you have signed hit you with the "extras" conversation that never happened before you agreed on a price (reminds me of the "undercoating" conversation from Fargo). And then the Service Dept. tends to be an unorganized mess. So far my overall experience is barely a 2 star. The dealership and it's subsidiary dealerships (McLaren, worst experience I have ever had, and Porsche) does not really have that customer experience locked down which is rather surprising for the high end automobiles they sell. read more
