My dad went to the Weston cousineau yesterday with a quote of $400 and when he got there the women changed the quote from a few hours before to $600. When she was asked why she became rude with my parents and wouldn't explain why. Today I went in and she quoted me $400 for the same part but now says there isn't any already taken off like I was told over the phone by a sales representative and become rude and argumentative when asked why we were told by sales staff that there are 3 at the Weston location already taken off the vehicle. From changing the quote from its original price to $200 more than quoted the same day, to being treated like dog poop because of their own mistakes I will not be back at this location.

In fact, I also had wiper blades in the car for the front windows. I had not replaced them yet and he offered to put those on for me. However unbeknownst to me that the ones I had purchased earlier in the fall were incorrect and he got me the correct ones for the front windows and installed them. His positive attitude and genuine concern for his customers will keep me coming back for all my automotive needs in the future. Awesome job!!
