A year ago I bought a new 2023 25 foot motorhome and it's been one headache after another. They refused to do a trade in back towards some other model when at the time of purchase they promised to do so. Be careful when purchasing. They talk a good talk but sadly lack follow through in keeping their word.

The new ladies in the office are subpar and have no clue how to communicate. My car sat there for four days "done" with no one telling me, I had to call and ask. And when I did, they said "we took a look, there's nothing wrong with it" except..I asked for my ac to be recharged, tire sensor issue to be looked at and my bushings to be looked at. All they did was look at bushings and said they were fine. (They were not fine, he didn't want to do it) They said they didn't know about the other things, or that I was even bringing my car in and taking a loaner!!! When I, in fact, set this all up days prior with the sorry excuse of a receptionist. I could keep going but I'm running out of space.

Adeal came up when searching for truck washes, but told me they do not do that, and gave me a few places that did. The ones were not going to be open late enough or early enough but I appreciated the help. About 10 minutes later they call me back and found a place right in Wisconsin Rapids where my driver is unloading that is not listed as a truck wash but they will do it, and they open early enough he can get washed out and pick up on time. Super grateful! If I ever am in the area and need a repair i will go here first because that alone tells me they have integrity and are good people.
