Would not recommend coming to the Weston Cousineau's. Absolutely terrible customer service, I was given the run around for 2 days for a part I was told they had 3 of on the shelf. My dad went to the Weston cousineau yesterday with a quote of $400 and when he got there the women changed the quote from a few hours before to $600. When she was asked why she became rude with my parents and wouldn't explain why. Today I went in and she quoted me $400 for the same part but now says there isn't any already taken off like I was told over the phone by a sales representative and become rude and argumentative when asked why we were told by sales staff that there are 3 at the Weston location already taken off the vehicle. From changing the quote from its original price to $200 more than quoted the same day, to being treated like dog poop because of their own mistakes I will not be back at this location. read more

1/06/2023. purchased a complete motor for $1900 with warranty. They only refunded me a total of $670. motor was bad from the start. had a leaking headgasket and water sitting in cylinder 2-3. notified them of the issue before it was even installed. they were not much help, dodged phone calls and gave me a very strict deadline to have the motor pulled back out by. then couldn't answer important specifics regarding the warranty until AFTER the deadline. these people are crooks. Not worth the trouble. bring your bussiness elsewhere! read more

Needed a rear window for a 2017 Silverado which the sales staff says they have. Went to pick it up and was told that we were mistaken that the window is not pulled yet. They said later in the day it should be able to be picked up. Tried calling toward the end of the day and no answer. Did everyone go home early or they cant be bothered by a customer call. Mind you this window is already paid for but apparently this is the new normal there to not answer phones. Got really frustrated when the next morning same thing no answer when calling there all morning. Decided to go there to see what the deal was since they wont answer the phone and was given an excuse about the weather last fall being the reason they had no glass pulled for me yet. Then they say the same thing they said yesterday that they have to get the vehicle in the shop to warm up before they remove the window. Asked if this would be done today and was told yes it will be ready later. 4:30 in the afternoon and no call and no answer at Cousineau. This place has really gone downhill had I known this would have not even bothered with them. read more
