I am a 67 year old woman with no mechanical experience. Luckily I had left my car running so I went around the corner to NAPA Auto Parts. They had the battery and quickly installed it in my car. I went to their website and requested a "Free Quote" for replacing my windshield. The site requested a lot of information that I now wish I hadn't provided. I got an immediate email reply informing me that a sales person would be contacting me with a quote. Didn't happen. It's now a week later and I've not heard from them. This in an obvious case of very poor business practices; not responding to quote requests, not following through. Don't waste your time with these jerks!
