Amazing experience at Master AutoTech!…read more I brought my car in with a bad whining noise, and they quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the A/C condenser. My car is now running great! The team was incredibly kind, honest, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell me. They also gave me a great discount! After some bad experiences in the past, it's been hard to find a shop I can trust, and I will never go anywhere else. They really went above and beyond and made us feel like family. When they sent the paperwork in to my insurance company, they were happy with the price and paid for it right away. Service was friendly, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. My rear window didn't work from the main control, and I had to call Toyota to find out how to fix it when they couldn't do it. I called My husband thought they were going to replace the doors, but all they did was put on a new skin, and it isn't tight enough to keep out the air. The car is now very noisy. Also, when the passenger window that I had left open a crack had ice on the outside, the trim started to go up with the window, when I tried to close it. Given my experience, the repair wasn't worth the price charged. I would never use these guys again.
